Beautiful drive, enjoyed a lot the rainforest along this road, especially in French Guyana. The border crossing from Suriname was much easy than from Guyana to Suriname. Cayenne looks also nice, would love to visit alsom these places one day. Thanks a lot for the video, every day a new region to discover with your videos, greetings from a road-tripper from Germany!

Hey! am from French Guyana, from Kourou actually (where you spend the night at 4:13:40, the Hotel des Roches, it's near my fishing Spot haha). Hope you enjoyed passing by ;) I love what you are doing, please keep going!

Yes that hotel was quite good. A very attractive reception lady made me want to live in French Guyana....the city was quite pleasant people were friendly unfortunately, Friday traffic was not fun.. Wow..... Your very lucky living in an amazing location in the world....
      Greetings from an Australian

French Guiana looks like a mix of Guyana and America

Não tem nenhuma área de descanso devidamente equipada no caminho?

It would be ideal if Suriname changes driving side to the right to match the majority of continental (NOT island) Americas countries' driving side (i.e. RHT (Right-Hand Traffic) like French Guiana, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, #Colombia, #Panama, #US, #Canada, etc.) so vehicles can be fully compatible with every Americas country especially when dealing with toll booths, barrier gate columns, etc. I see so many roads aren't well developed which would be ideal for changing driving side to provision long-term cross-border traffic optimization especially whenever a bridge linking French Guiana and Suriname is built. Also, this is so the Guiana shield regional road transportation is fully optimized. Finally, I see there are numerous LHD (Left-Hand Drive) vehicles normally used on RHT roads (e.g. French Guiana) which should be a big incentive for switching driving side to the right.

do you understand how much money that would cost? they would have to switch merging lanes for every road
