Dr. Tim… When you were doing the super Fishel injections in the cheek area, what product were you using? I see that you used for Bella in the chin crease. I am assuming that you used Voluma along her jaw, line and chin itself.

I don’t understand placing anything in the lower face .. doesn’t it migrate down sober time and cause that square face we are trying to fight against as we age ?
My face has gotten fatter since I got clean. My profile pix was my face shape in 2018. I wish I could go back (looks), but I am eating healthy and living a new healthy lifestyle to lose the weight I gained. It’s definitely harder to lose it than it was to gain it. Well anyhow I know I will lose the face fat and my skin will sag like one of those old bull dogs, ya know the short legged ones? No a blood hound potentially. This is one of my worries the.

I injected patient’s chin with high G prime filler 1 cc, eventhough I was on the bone but her chin still got lumpy and asymmetry when looking at the front view, what could be the possible reason here?
1 bolus isn’t going to be enough to improve asymmetry that was always there. Reassessing after 0.2/3 is ideal. Also the patient may require botox to the chin if it’s too tight it won’t allow the filler to sit where you want it to. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Results are always great just after there done 🥴 then once swelling goes down or that horrible filler migrates 😂 I mean why would u put filler in ageing women there are so many treatments that can actually benefit the skin interior & exterior

How deep are you going on the cheek? It doesn’t look very deep
