I think it's pretty easy, that's what we've done. Your 'mill' ip address is really your jobserver ip address. With two mill connected you will see sent jobs showing on both mills, once you start the job on one mill, it will be removed from the other.

Both the mill and design software need to be on the same network and assigned a static ip. You can find the mill ip in the advanced menu. Could also be expired software or incompatible software
