Knotweed isn't a bad as people think, there is much worse out there that people completely ignore! I think its scandalous how much these companies charge🤮

A real property investor would know that the answer to the knotweed question is about more than the cost to build houses!! What about the time to rid the knotweed? Can typically take 3 years of treatment, so then is the whole deal worthwhile based on extended timeframes?! Dear me...

Just getting started, tried to buy a 6 bed HMO I have enough money for the deposit for the mortgage but only one lender would lend me the money at a higher interest rate, because I would be a first time landlord. Have you heard of this before ? how can I get started if I'm going to be penalized for being a first time landlord ?
