After watching this, I took the bike into a bike shop. The bleeding is a bit too much for me. They said my 15 yr old single piston brake was to far gone (possibly corrosion). They will replace it.
this was soo helpfull thanks! but you know you use a cup to catch the fluid does it need to be on a sealed pot or anything? and also should i remove the wheel so i dont get fluid on my disc, and put opne of those spacers in? also should i use one of theose suringes? thanks
Great videos thank you for posting it. What's the part number for needle thing that goes in the upper part to bleed them an if know who sells it at a fair price? My local dealer says I can't get just that an have purchase a entire brake maintenance/service kit if I want do it instead of them.
OK, so I just think I bled the brakes OK the liver still goes all the way to the handlebar also seems like I wasn’t able to push back the Pistons when I was removing the brake pads. Thinking perhaps the internal seals or short, don’t see any leaks externally.

zoom in on those lip fittings. can't see that. and demonstrated. same man.
Just use automotive Dot 4.
fluid was coming out of my master cylinder and now i have to bleed my brakes because my plugs were missing wtf!!!!!!!
