In sohna, some nice builder township rate is 20,000k/gaj i.e. similar plot around 20L. Construction cost 10-15L. Why XU1 is so costly?
Because these are authority plots, in meters not in sqy, low maintenance not like builders who charges heavy maintenance.
I agree on your point about maintanance, it is rs 500/- in Gurgaon project, but even after converting meters to other unit these looks costly as compared to Gurgaon where job oppertunities are better with higher salary package.
And broadband and food delivery are basic facilities now a days. Right? Should be there
