People who can eat gluten have no idea how lucky you are. So many halloween cookies just already made and ready to eat or just pop in the oven. The Pillsbury ones used to be my favorite. Now during my favorite holiday I just get to sit back and have the big sad about not being able to enjoy it anymore.😭
There are lots.of GF cookies that are pre made or that you just have to put into the oven. At least you can eat cookies and candy other people can even eat those

Pillsbury has a gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix that is good but so far that's all I've been able to find that is actually comparable taste to a regular "gluten inclusive" cookie. Just because I know some people have it worse doesn't mean I can't be sad for what was taken from me unexpectedly.
I can't go trick or treating this year because I'm going to Greenfield village, which is a tradition that's been going on for a while between me, my mom, my mom's bff, and her daughter (my friend). But this year it's bad. The only available time is on Halloween, so I'm missing trick or treating, but worst of all my sister is coming. She's 4. She has this problem with crying so much to the point where she's coughing just to get my mom to stop something and play with her. It's a 3-4 hour car ride too. My dad won't be home so I can't stay home and trick or treat with him. My whole family is going trick or treating without me. I might just try to find a way not to go and trick or treating with my friends or family. My mom said that my sister might be going every single year now that she's "old enough" even though it's been going on for 5 years
