It had red eyes, too, and it had little spikes on its head. If you have any idea what I'm talking about, please let me know.
Youre talking about Kamen Rider, :p to be more precise thats Kamen Rider Double from the series called "Kamen Rider W" :D the halfgreen/halfblack is his standard Rider form but other combinations of colours are possible through the use of Gaia Memories, USB-stick shaped thingys that are inserted in the belt :D the ones in this video are unofficial rip-off toys tho
Lukas Vindevogel Yep, that's what it reminded me of. I lost the figure a long time ago, and since I don't live in Japan, I really have no way of getting them, and I haven't seen the exchange student who brought them in a few years either. I've never seen the series, so thanks for clarifying.
I highly recommend watching the series, especially if you like/liked Power Rangers! Theres like 17-ish Kamen Rider series though so watch the one that looks most interesting I guess :D
All 3 of his books are still avalable on Amazon (fifty thousand shades of gray, attack of the flickering skeletons, and a third i can't be bothered to check.)

The japanese snack thing is mochi, and the green is melon, mochi is sweet rice that has been smashed until it becomes a sticky goo, then govered in either some corn starch or in icing sugar. usualy filled with sweet stuff, its really popular in Japan and Taiwan, and is now starting to be imported to america especially. There are all kinds of varaities, in taiwan street vendors often sell it covered in crushed peanuts which I liked a whole lot when i was there.

And the fact that I couldn't read Japanese made figuring it out so much more complicated. But it had the exact same color scheme, and it had a similar belt.
That book is possibly the best ever written. Quite inspired and educational.
Anyone else only remember Cal. Mate from MGS: 3?

Yes
I didn't know it was real, or at least not actually exist as seen in mgs.

Turtleborn Ben Apparently...
Grey for 'E'ngland
Gray for 'A'merica
Daniel Grianger Oh shit.
I tend to use both depending on which sounds better to me in the given context.
The food at the beginning just proves that first is the worst, and second is the best
Hahahahaha “You butter fingered spider-fake!!” That made my day, great video 👍👍
he didn’t know what a honeydew melon is?
6:03 It's MELON flavor, didn't you ever play yoshi story?
I bought 10 boxes of this jelly baff stuff once to fill a pool with it. It was pretty fun. Draining it was a nightmare though.
"An excellent novel"
16:24 I had these as a kid. My brother and I destroyed them in various ways.
Kamen Rider Double...Spiderman...yes, i clearly see the similarities, there.
+Rocket Shark I pause the video because I saw the same thing.
I can't believe snake liked those calorie mates so much
The green Japanese things are melon flavoured.
Samuel Doye nope, actually cantaloupe
Cantloupe is a type of melon. I was going off of the fact that it said Meron (melon, there is no "L" in Japanese) on the packet.
They are called mochi
Having just asked a Japanese friend, I can confirm that yes, they are melon flavoured and yes, they are called mochi. They are a type of rice cake.
They are basically mashed up rice and mixed with water and has flavoured sauce
Infinite shades of grey
Gboy 409 409 got my preorder
infinite shades of gray to the power of infinite times infinite
Awh , From MGS3 I always thought 'Calorie Mate' would taste like Honey Cheerios .. My childhood is ruined..
Still a better book than Fifty Shades of Gray
I listened to a hour long audio book of 50 thousand shades of grey
The funny thing is if he did it today and was maybe 20 years younger, that XXX Ashens thing probably wouldn't be a joke.
Planet Purple is where Purple Panda was from on "Mister Roger's Neighborhood".
