Dear Dr. Sumeet. I in London, Last week I was told by my Eye hospital that I have Macular hole in my left eye. I lost my right eye due to Ratina Detachment in 1991 in India. When I was told about macular hole I was scared and bit worried, because I have only one eye, I ma heavy myopic and also have a cataract in left eye. also I ma diabetic. Hospital have made another appointment after six weeks and will decide for the surgery.

Thanks and God bless you !@dr after cataract at 66 plus age surgery I feel white circle of lights at extreme left side and on upoer side moving down I had retinal lattice laser procedure though small dots and some floaters disappeared but one lage brown floater is there znd white circles are there why ? My pupil also look very small after phaco cataract surgery with trcnis eyehans IOL Is it due to misfit lens gof my eye or some surgefy mistake? Is J&J dyehans Iol good in quality with ICBOO model ?
Thank you ma'am. Eyehance is a very good IOL. Please dont worry. You are having floaters which is absolutely normal at your age ma'am. Please see this video om floaters th-cam.com/video/zNje0LJik3s/w-d-xo.html. You should have a detailed retina checkup if you are having new floaters though. Pupil size is not affected by the IOL. It normalises with time.

Sir we visited Hospital for my mother macular hole surgery and it planned as well but on a day of surgery, Doctor told us that it's looking like very old macular whole and surgery will not help to improve vision, Dr. Suggested not to go for surgery and he told it will not increase now and will be same in future, asked us to visit after 4 months,
I have question, does it not increase automatically in some cases like my mother case, her age is 62 now.

Sir, I am a 71 yrs old person.
Since last six months I am feeling as if something is in in my left eye. I had consulted 3 eye specialists and they had prescribed me certain eye drops like Soha etc. I have not felt much improvement. In the mean time occassionally I am finding some white light blinking in the left side of my left eye. I had also told the eye specialist about this but he advised me to use Soha eye drops 4 times a day. I am using it.
Sir I am worried, if any major problem is there or not. Kindly enlighten me on this.

I'm operated for retina detachment 2007 to my left eye. On same my operated for cataract 2017 than vision was good. Later 2021 vision was little blury & came to know that there's macular hole. Now hole is there. Can you do this operation. Since I'm following your all the videos & got confident.

Sîr, recently I got surgery done in my left eyes. The surgery procedure was vitrectomy with silicone oil . Surgery was done on 18th June, after some times I can see object which I can identify but my real concern is that image is distorted , wavy and small. What’s the reason behind this. Silicone oil is still in my eyes. I’ll be waiting for your answer.
It takes many months to few years for that to correct.

My wife ka retina सर्जरी Dr neresh yadav at naryan netrayala Banguluru me 3 times ki one time put a oil then after 1 and half year then put gas after put a gas visen problem then with in month again put a oil but gradually vision not clear and presently she can't read and identify person Dr say agan retina opeate then 30 percent hope for success for develop visen operate retina pl suggest
This can happen if retina is very weak. Atleast you can save the eye shape and size
Sir age is 21 when i go out in sunlight i saw floters( black lines )is it series??
Don't worry.
First get a retina checkup by a retina specialist. If retina is ok, then floaters will reduce on their own, but it may a long time as vitreous gel is dense in young age.
