Nah it's pretty great, I feel less powerful without it, it makes radiance way more effective due to the stacking damage buff and extra heavy ammo on every heavy weapon is great all the time
Kyle G except that there aren't, you actually loose grenades by using touch of flame and praxic fire and solar grenades even with sunbrakers don't match the damage of the fusions
I only recently got hold of my Ophidian Aspects, its the first time I've genuinely felt relief and happiness from getting an exotic in a long time as I've been wanting them for ages, definitely the best exotic a warlock has an offer. Running tier 3 discipline with 'The hunger' and 'Embrace the void' with them on pretty much charges my grenade up to 80% if I get a grenade kill- its almost like unlimited grenades. Mental exotic.
Too bad Ophidian Aspect is fuck ugly and doesn't go with any armor or shader properly. Being very conscious of how my Guardian looks, I just can't use them.
I loved my purifier robes, I had done trials with a friend and we were having a perfect run til we faced some good players final round 1v3 (me and our other sunsinger was down) they camp the bodies thinking its free even if we rez, didn't realize we ran duo purifiers so it was blind after blind and our 3rd had enough time to set up the perfect fist of havoc to win us our game
Honestly I would put voidfang vestments above Ophidia aspects in pvp, just because grenades are more useful for controlling gunfights and winning clashes than you’re melee ability is, and respawning with it fully charged makes it.
I had fond moments using The Impossible machines and with the Obsidian mind. I absolutely love getting my super back right after using it on hordes, and the Impossible Machines using landfall to get triple kills in Trials of Osiris right after they res one of their team mates or when they make stupid pushes.
I ran with voidfangs for a small eternity, by far the most 'utility' exotic in pvp until Ophidian aspects, its a very basic perk spawning with a grenade (the axions were alright at times), but you can spec out max strength or intellect as a result knowing discipline is sorta covered if you die at some point. They were especially fun in year one as a sunsinger, you'd spawn with two grenades originally, but they fixed that in a patch at some point.
The respawning with a grenade isn't bad, but the extra axion bolt is kinda useless. Very rarely will you have free enemies close together in PvP, and the grenade itself isn't very useful in PvE.
Man, the people that use them must get double kills like crazy. Whenever a teammate and I get even somewhat damaged, they throw one and we're both dead.
Starfire Protocol - 7 or 8/10 - PVE Starfire with Touch of Flame and Viking Funeral can turn Radiance into a solid offensive super in PVE. Facing a boss in a strike or raid, pop Radiance and proceed to spam sticky grenades onto the boss. The grenades themselves do solid damage (better than solar grenades) on the boss if they are stuck and you are constantly keeping the Viking Funeral bonus on the boss for your teammates. If you are good enough to not need to self revive you can do tons of damage to bosses using your super over and over again. The ability to have 2 fusion grenades with Touch of Flame and Viking Funeral also allows you to stick a major to give yourself a damage buff from your primary/secondary on a regular basis.
If you're a Sunsinger with the two grenades perk and Heart of the Praxic Fire, you will give everyone at least one grenade. Seriously, the grenades are constant, but it was probably more useful back in the Vault of Glass days when you could knock bosses off cliffs.
So top Hunter exotic was Fr0st-EE5, and the top Warlock one was Ophidian Aspect; Both exotics that give significant buffs to your neutral game with some extra perks. Based on that, my guesses for top Titan exotics are either the Armamentarium (what Titan doesn't love more grenades, and increased ammo caps), Twilight Garrison (aerial Shadestep on a class with actual armor), or the Mk. 44 Stand Asides (tight turn radius while running is actually really good, and you can Shoulder Charge from across the room).
Transversive Steps + a primary with take a knee = a surprisingly fun and (almost) effective rift runner. My friend had 2 caps using this strategy. Zoidberging all over Pantheon.
You underrated alchemist raiments and star fire protocol. The alchemist raiments allow for a build based around the fact that sunsingers don't use their ult unless they die, and when you die you lose your teammates orbs. Its allows you to get use out of other wise completely useless orbs. Now the star fire is useful for just procing Viking funeral since a fusion grenade has a chance to proc it twice. Allowing you to get the full 3x burn with just 2 grenades. Also you said just use the felwinter artifact. Sunsingers have a very powerful ult. It may not be flashy but you can really do some work.
I think Bungie should have kept to Ruin Wings intrinsic bug on Alchemist Raminents. It would have wanted more people to get them or make the perk say something like gain more heavy ammo from primary while in PVE, instead of gaining glimmer. Enjoyed the video holtzman hope to see more like these in the future with new sandbox updates.
man the extra seeker from voidfang makes axion bolt an effective crowd disperser in pve. couple it with bloom and there is a potential for three separate explosion chains
Heart of the praxic fire gave your team mates increased ability regen as well when using a specific radiance build. If they had 100 discipline, all of you essentially got 11 grenades to chuck as everyone's grenade recharged b4 the animation was even finished. Me and 2 other sunsingers chained this in nightfalls for every effective results
starfire protocol is really good for both pve and pvp gives you extra heavy ammo for pve (12 sleeper rounds) and you can use angel of light or touch of flame in pvp 10/10 pve
if bungie ever made an adjustment to ophidian, I would like them to switch the perks around make it where you have to choose between faster melee or farther grenade throw. I think this might be enough no idea, curious to see what you think or anyone else else
KageVincent I agree, no offense but I despise them...Voidfangs are the most underrated frustrating exotic in PvP....Two enhanced seeking axion bolts every round....in my opinion is ridiculously strong.
pyramidhead0420 yeah I definitely move faster, idk how I would prove those to you. I out run(crouched) forward, backwards and strafing. Idk what to tell ya other than, I've seen it and everyone I've recommended it to has seen it.
Please stop suggesting "Use Memory of Felwinter if you want another grenade or melee charge and then use a different exotic." You seem to be somehow forgetting that using that artifact also removes your super ability which is something that not many people will be willing to sacrifice simply for an extra grenade.
I use the impossible machines mainly because they look cool and Land fall is just good for so extra damage to clear baddies. In Pvp Land fall has some useage but not too much it can get a kill so wooo?
Stormcaller with Claws of Ahamkara, then running, Rising Storm, , Feedback and Perpetual charge is a pretty powerful build in PvE and PvP to some extent. Lots of super, lots of grenades, lots of melee, and the cycle starts again.
It's not just when strafing that you get increased movement speed when crouching w/ Transversive steps. They're great in the death Zamboni encounter, because they double your movement speed with the parts.
The Purifier Robes have help me put in pvp so much and when my tlaloc fails me. I can easily come back from the dead and kill the person who killed me while they are stunned and probably get a few more kills while I have my radiance on. Very useful in small maps.
For someone who uses Glimmer a lot and is still struggling for 400 Light, I say Alchemist's Raiment is still good for PvE Glimmer runs. While it is small, Primary ammo pick-ups are abundant nearly everywhere. Although I do say your score is fair considering it would be useful in only one situation, if it even matters that much.
Ophidian are God tier, no one is going to argue that, though I feel Nothing Manacles should have scored higher for PvE. Nice to see Transversive Steps getting some love too, they're hugely underrated by most of the community.
I came here for nostalgia (just watched a video showing every exotic weapon). Used to watch PD every time they uploaded. Destiny was all I played. I hate D2. It's a fucking abomination. And I'm sad that I'll never get that feeling that Destiny gave me all those years ago. It helped me through my darkest time.
Couldn't agree more. Apotheosis were scored too highly, they're very situational, and Nothing Manacles are one of the absolute best exotic armour pieces in the game. On an energy drain build, you've essentially got infinite grenades.
SimianWonder with the sunsinger perk that gives nearby allies faster grenade cooldowns during radiance, Voidwalkers can actually throw MORE grenades than the sunsinger.
Why is Voidfang Vestments ranked low? They have been a top tier exotic since the beginning. Being able to spawn with grenade energy is crucial in any PvP activity.
Since I got a set of Ophidian Aspects I just can't play with any other subclass. It's like getting Quickdraw, The Hunger, improved melee speed, grenade distance and reload speed for everything!
I feel the heart of the praxis fire should be a little higher up in pve mainly for boss fighting in raids. the decrease ability cool down can allow for great viking funeral spam to keep an extra 15% dmg buff during the dmg phase while dealing a good 5-6k dmg per grenade
I mostly agree with your ratings...however Starfire Protocol is a lot better than the rank you give. Fusion grenades are arguably the best grenades on the Warlock. Especially since Firebolt grenades were nerfed and just aren't as effective in PvE as they are PvP. Fusion grenades hit like a TRUCK and can cause burn damage with TF/VF. Being able to use two of them AND keep your super is great for raiding, strikes, and even PvP as well. When I raid with my warlock, I like to use a load-out built around this armor piece. I can free up my artifact slot and use an artifact that grants orbs on solar grenade kills (Solar Resonance). Not using the super-killing artifact means I keep my radiance and self-res when and if I need it. I also now can run Tlaloc since I still have my super. Very very handy armor piece. Maybe not a 10 on your scale, but worthy of at least a 7-8.
I disagree to an extent on starfire protocol. you can use that instead of the artifact if you don't wanna give up your super or the perk slot. everything else I totally agree on. especially aspects, and astrocyte
R.I.P astrocyte verse. It's should get a buff or get the perk it was originally intended to do (which I think was either increased blink jump or a decreased cool down on blink)
how about buffing the graviton forfeit to give the free shadestep node to every class other than just a nightstalker. it would be like the twilight garrison for hunters
Hey good video! however star fire protocol allows you to carry two Viking funeral fusion grenades in pve. This is a must have for when you need fast damage on a target because you can stock an extra grenade and keep your super. Also the increase to heavy ammo is cool. I can see why you would rate them so low but if you carry a relic in raids/strikes it can increase damage tremendously.
back before TTK I would disagree about obsidian mind in PvP, I ran obsidian mind, blink, shatter, soul rip, with annihilate and bloom for as much splash damage as possible, scatter grenades all combined with bad juju. the build was designed to get your super as fast as possible not save it for the rare multi kill, now maining a voidwalker warlock just isn't fun anymore it just lost its touch after TTK and I still wish it was that fun. Destiny was fun then. I could go into crucible and just be a warlock. I don't know how to put it but it just felt good and made me happy. it didn't matter if I won but often I played with my friends so we'd try to get each other's backs. even going solo I would still have the time of my life because that build was what worked not a lot of people used it let alone knew about it. it was different than everything else and now it just well just kinda doesn't feel right anymore, I still try to use the build but it just doesn't work anymore. it obsidian mind was good but now not so much, I still hold my opinion of it in PvP to be very high
I would give Obsidian Mind a 10/10 for PvE. getting your super charged, by using your super and killing stuff. Considering how it turns a large sum of enemies from a disadvantage to a solid advantage should be worth more than 8 points. but the rest is pretty solid. I do find it interesting that you like the Felwinter artifact and prefer that over the Starfire protocol. Personally, I think the starfire protocol can be an amazing addition to the new viking funeral build. The ammo perks for heavy or special weapons in addition to its helpfulness in the raid and other PvE scenarios would atleast for me push it to a solid 6/10
I'm going to have to politely disagree with you on Transversive Steps for PvP. I've been saved too many times by picking up special ammo while having a shotgun equipped and shooting the enemy as I get the ammo. I feel like it deserves at least a 4/10 for me, but hey, does it REALLY matter?
Ignoring Ophidians? Either Sunbreakers or the Ram. Like he says, improved Solar grenades is nothing to scoff at. And while the Ram my have been designed with Voidwalkers in mind, Radiance with Radiant Skin, Flame Shield, and the Ram makes you just about the tankiest thing that isn't a Sunbreaker.
It's not that the current Sunsinger Exotics aren't good. They're just not as versatile (as I believe they could be). Here are some changes I'd make to the current Sunsinger Exotics, with an additional concept, of my own..! *Sun Breakers:* - unlock "Viking funeral" from perk tree. - gain an additional solar grenade charge. - increase the size of the explosion. - grenades burn longer. - when combined with "memory of felwinter", you gain an additional solar grenade charge. (3 in total) *Starfire Protocol:* - gain an additional fusion grenade. - missing a fusion grenade has a chance to fully recharge your fusion grenade. (20% chance) - fusion grenade kills increase movement speed for a short time. (+2) - when combined with "memory of felwinter", you gain an additional solar grenade charge. (3 in total) *Heart of the Praxic Fire:* - further decrease all ability cool downs, while radiance is active. - melee kills fully recharge your next melee, while further decreasing your super. (about 5 melee's in total) *Purifier robes:* - activating radiance from death disorients nearby enemies. - improved fire bolts grenades, while radiance is active. (Discharges bolts faster, with a wider radius, & gains an additional bolt. So four bolts instead of three) *Exotic concepts:* *Chest pieces:* • Heart of Ahamkara - unlocks "Radiant Skin" from perk tree. - while radiance is active, precision damage on all primary weapons are increased, for a short time. (equal to crowd control & it does not stack with other damage increasing perks) What are your thoughts?
Right off the top, I'll say that 'extra grenade' perks don't stack. They never have, and never will. *Sunbreakers* -A larger radius would be nice, but I could see it getting out of hand if it gets TOO big -Viking funeral maybe, but letting Warlocks have both that and Radiant Will seems a bit iffy *Starfire Protocol* -No. An RNG chance to be rewarded for bad play is not good. Ever. And it already grants you a second grenade to play with. If anything, this should be "Fusion Grenade kills reduce the cooldown of your Fusion Grenade (30% reduction)". It rewards good play, but still allows for a period where a Warlock could be without a grenade. *Heart of Praxic Fire* -I'd be wary of ever giving a Sunsinger an instant refresh on a melee just because Flame Shield is a thing. The idea to reduce your Super cooldown isn't bad, though. *Purifier Robes* -Honestly, the main perk is way too restrictive as is and shoehorns you into the Fireborn skill. You could probably get away with letting the blind happen any time Radiance is activated, not just on death, and most people probably wouldn't complain. -That's actually a decent idea.
Dramatic_Gaming Dramatic_Gaming Dramatic_Gaming Dramatic_Gaming *sunbreakers* - the initial impact is what I'm referring too, not the actual solar grenade, itself. The impact explosion is bigger. *Starfire protocol* - I figured giving a chance to replenish your grenades were best suited for the "voidwalker" subclass. So instead, you're given a slight chance to have another opportunity. I chose that idea over "fusion grenades have improved target acquisition" aka tracking. *Heart of the praxis fire* - I agree sort of, but titans do have the ability to gain an intense over shield, while using hammer of sol. It doesn't feel too out of place. The only chance of this being overpowered is if the shield activated on using your super. You still gotta get the hit/kill for the shield to work. *purifier robes* - I completely agree. Having it work while just activating the super is much more usable. The Fire bolt grenades should definitely remain power powerful during radiance..! Let's remember these are Exotics, which are meant to be competitive against other prime choices. Balance can come after, but bringing them into the spotlight would make for a more solid subclass.
I completely disagree on the rating the Starfire Protocol. I love using it with angel of light and double fusion nades. Allowing me to have use a similar version version of the Sky Sniper build that TV has shown off in the past. Only difference is, I don't have to give up dual fusions for that where a Titan does.
I can save you time by giving you the exotic armor tier for Titans. Armamentarium is top tier. Twilight Garrison is at about 7. Somewhere near the bottom are the Dunemarchers with the niche PvP builds. Everything is garbage. Glad I could help.
AlmightyRhage great review, dunemarchers are amazing with the sprint artifact.....TG is always a solid choice....but I allways keep coming back to my double lighting max machine gun build from the Armentarium.
I agree with all, except Nothing Manacles should be way higher for PVE, they hit so hard and you never run out of grenades, like I don't even use my gun hah. A 9/10 for sure, maybe even 10/10, they are crazy.
eh, honestly the alchemist reminits (pardon my terrible spelling) are pretty good in pve for self res sun singers, but i see why every one hates on them .if niche builds were a thing to be allowed on this it most certainly would make at least 6/10. but since it's judged on it's own merits oh well. although i wouldn't under rate the extra heavy in any case. an extra rocket in pve/pvp or 10 extra bullets really does count for extending heavy life in the crucible, but i've seen the others down below, so i won't beat the dead horse anymore.
I only argue nothing manacles should be at 9 in pvp because in the right hands people can go on kill streaks with just them when they’ve mastered their grenade throwing and spec into full energy drain builds, not to mention two of them should tear apart any roaming supers and grant you one back if you nail the kill on the enemy thus beginning the chain again making them absolutely potent. They’re great in all content they’re basically weaker void ghorn rockets lol
Star fire protocol imo deserves a higher rating in pve the damage u can get on a boss in the raid is insane with the Viking funeral build and the gloves are freed up for the raid gloves so u can get extra heavy from all the fallen
This is where I would put my Ophidian Aspects. IF I HAD THEM
CKyle let's pray together for xur to bring them
Mr. Nuggets I'm with you, let's all hold hand in prayer lol
CKyle me too
CKyle Xur is selling them today
Got mines today, finally all exotics in the game
Asyrocyte Verse. 1/10 pvp/pve 11/10 aesthetics.
Well, you're not wrong
you vastly, VASTLY underrated Starfire. it has the year one heavy ammo bonus and two Viking funeral touch of flame fusions is a god send
nathan snyder Hardly
Nah it's pretty great, I feel less powerful without it, it makes radiance way more effective due to the stacking damage buff and extra heavy ammo on every heavy weapon is great all the time
Well, the exotic itself isn't bad
There are just other options that are much better/more effective

Return for our old times, I miss it. Wish we could have a bit of the old things
Right? Man some of the stuff I've forgotten about in this game, almost makes me wanna hop on one of these days
@@secrest1013 Do it. The Community is alive and flourishing, unbeknownst to the world.
Did you rate Nothing Manacles higher in PvP then in PvE? What are you thinking?
TheVoidLord right? I've run into other manacle warlocks and we end up competing to see who can kill the most stuff.
I approve of your name and pic.
Damn right. I swear by Nothing Manacles despite the temptation of the Obsidian Mind. GRENADES FOR DAYS!!!
Why would you ise nothing manackes in pve when Obsidian mind or transversive steps exist.
Storm caller Bond..
10/10 PVE
11/10 PVP.
The voidfang vestments are quite good in Trials. In that game mode closer to 8/10.
Too bad Ophidian Aspect is fuck ugly and doesn't go with any armor or shader properly. Being very conscious of how my Guardian looks, I just can't use them.
Shizu Use the trials snake armor. Looks amazing with it.
Thats what I'm using (y), the trials bond sits nicely underneath too.
Shizu banner ubroken shader goes well with it
Shizu SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS
I loved my purifier robes, I had done trials with a friend and we were having a perfect run til we faced some good players

they camp the bodies thinking its free even if we rez, didn't realize we ran duo purifiers so it was blind after blind and our 3rd had enough time to set up the perfect fist of havoc to win us our game
dude what the heck, ophidian aspects had to be 100/10 not 10/10, WHY IS IT SO LOW DUDE, GEEZ....
I still use The Stag just because I like how it looks, even though it is a terrible exotic 😂
10/10 Ophidian Aspects....
Everything else....
Just doesn't matter.
burns0100 umm... nothing manacles, the ram, etc
burns0100 Ram, Nothing Manacles and Starfire Protocol* and Claws of Ahamkara if you want to play dirty.
*at least for me bc i'm a sunsinger main
burns0100 oh and Obsidian Mind is really useful, especially in strikes

burns0100 ophidian aspects are the only exotic

Are you going to do a weapon review like this?
The voidfang vestments deserve more than 6/10 in pvp
BlackHydra compared to other Voidwalker exotics, I think it's sitting at a 6/10 rn
I ran with voidfangs for a small eternity, by far the most 'utility' exotic in pvp until Ophidian aspects, its a very basic perk spawning with a grenade (the axions were alright at times), but you can spec out max strength or intellect as a result knowing discipline is sorta covered if you die at some point.

pat, what shader were you using? just curious lol
The ram is beastly
Anders Hatle it used to be my top warlock exotic, but then the Ophidians happened.
Um... am I missing something? How do you have two exotics on at once?? you have exotic chest pieces on while wearing the Ophidian Aspects???
I dont. just inspecting an armor piece will still show any other armor you are wearing. note how inspecting gloves changed.
LOLO... just figured that out as you sent the msg....

Ikon AGREED! But don't agree too hard or bungie will nerf em!
Their utility is amazing. Besides, spawning in with full grenades is just always great
transversive steps work in any motion while crouched. great for the Zamboni and moving parts
Brad Pastinack actually they Dont, do some research before comment with anecdotal evidence

the score went down cause they were heavily nerfed. they used to give a massive blinding effect after using landfall

Right on about ophidian aspects! Except I still haven't gotten it to drop for my warlock 😭
is Titan tier list tomorrow?
Dude I miss vanilla destiny along with you and the Planet Destiny team. Fun days
does anyone else feel like patrick sounds like that guy from cinema sins?
I disagree to an extent on starfire protocol. you can use that instead of the artifact if you don't wanna give up your super or the perk slot. everything else I totally agree on. especially aspects, and astrocyte
R.I.P astrocyte verse. It's should get a buff or get the perk it was originally intended to do (which I think was either increased blink jump or a decreased cool down on blink)
Patrick. Starfire Protocol/Skorri/Viking Funeral/Touch of Flame/Tlaloc/Self-res. Single best PvE setup for a Sunsinger.
how about buffing the graviton forfeit to give the free shadestep node to every class other than just a nightstalker. it would be like the twilight garrison for hunters
In trials of Osiris in year 1 purifier robes were great the enemy would usually come over and tbag me and then I'd self res and fuck them up
Is there a titan one of these coming soon?! Please!
I like using Starfire Protocol with my Tlaloc Sunsinger build, it's great fun, both in PVE and PVP! :D btw I Love your videos!
I feel like ophidian aspects are over hyped.
Daddy Lequan lol u switch weapons fast as fuck boyyyy
it's useful at least though
Daddy Lequan clearly you don't have it, they are extremely broken
Well well
I'm going to have to politely disagree with you on Transversive Steps for PvP. I've been saved too many times by picking up special ammo while having a shotgun equipped and shooting the enemy as I get the ammo. I feel like it deserves at least a 4/10 for me, but hey, does it REALLY matter?
very useful information. preciate it!
as a warlock 10/10 agree with these rankings.
What do you think the best Sunsinger exotic is?
Ignoring Ophidians? Either Sunbreakers or the Ram. Like he says, improved Solar grenades is nothing to scoff at. And while the Ram my have been designed with Voidwalkers in mind, Radiance with Radiant Skin, Flame Shield, and the Ram makes you just about the tankiest thing that isn't a Sunbreaker.
Dramatic_Gaming What about Heart of the Praxic Fire? I really enjoy fusion grenades.
My Lock is stacked for Voidwalker. I can make my Nothing Manacles and Ophidians fit into my Tier 12 builds (4-5-3 and 4-4-4) :P
Need the ophidian aspect . But alas can't get a exotic gauntlet engram. 4 solid exotics the rest are pretty bad.
It's not that the current Sunsinger Exotics aren't good. They're just not as versatile (as I believe they could be). Here are some changes I'd make to the current Sunsinger Exotics, with an additional concept, of my own..!
*Sun Breakers:*
- unlock "Viking funeral" from perk tree.
- gain an additional solar grenade charge.
- increase the size of the explosion.
- grenades burn longer.
- when combined with "memory of felwinter", you gain an additional solar grenade charge. (3 in total)
*Starfire Protocol:*
- gain an additional fusion grenade.
- missing a fusion grenade has a chance to fully recharge your fusion grenade. (20% chance)
- fusion grenade kills increase movement speed for a short time. (+2)
- when combined with "memory of felwinter", you gain an additional solar grenade charge. (3 in total)
*Heart of the Praxic Fire:*
- further decrease all ability cool downs, while radiance is active.
- melee kills fully recharge your next melee, while further decreasing your super. (about 5 melee's in total)
*Purifier robes:*
- activating radiance from death disorients nearby enemies.
- improved fire bolts grenades, while radiance is active. (Discharges bolts faster, with a wider radius, & gains an additional bolt. So four bolts instead of three)
*Exotic concepts:*
*Chest pieces:*
• Heart of Ahamkara
- unlocks "Radiant Skin" from perk tree.
- while radiance is active, precision damage on all primary weapons are increased, for a short time. (equal to crowd control & it does not stack with other damage increasing perks)
What are your thoughts?
Right off the top, I'll say that 'extra grenade' perks don't stack. They never have, and never will.
*Sunbreakers*
-A larger radius would be nice, but I could see it getting out of hand if it gets TOO big
-Viking funeral maybe, but letting Warlocks have both that and Radiant Will seems a bit iffy
*Starfire Protocol*
-No.
*Heart of Praxic Fire*
-I'd be wary of ever giving a Sunsinger an instant refresh on a melee just because Flame Shield is a thing. The idea to reduce your Super cooldown isn't bad, though.
*Purifier Robes*
-Honestly, the main perk is way too restrictive as is and shoehorns you into the Fireborn skill. You could probably get away with letting the blind happen any time Radiance is activated, not just on death, and most people probably wouldn't complain.
-That's actually a decent idea.

*sunbreakers*
- the initial impact is what I'm referring too, not the actual solar grenade, itself. The impact explosion is bigger.
*Starfire protocol*
- I figured giving a chance to replenish your grenades were best suited for the "voidwalker" subclass. So instead, you're given a slight chance to have another opportunity. I chose that idea over "fusion grenades have improved target acquisition" aka tracking.
*Heart of the praxis fire*
- I agree sort of, but titans do have the ability to gain an intense over shield, while using hammer of sol. It doesn't feel too out of place. The only chance of this being overpowered is if the shield activated on using your super. You still gotta get the hit/kill for the shield to work.
*purifier robes*
- I completely agree.
Only difference is, I don't have to give up dual fusions for that where a Titan does.
i wish bungie combined astrocyte verse with apotheosis veil, basically giving the veil's perk to the verse's legit exotic look
This video is good. Thanks :D
I think they fixed transversive steps. I've noticed increased crouch speed while using them at the tower.
Ryan Leister perks don't work at the tower man
victorian gothic yeah just comb the comments for all the anecdotal scientists claiming dumb stuff like this.
The elusive ophidian aspects. Can NEVER get those to drop for me
I think Astrocyte Verse would have been cooler if theyd made it perform a blink dodge move like the twilight garrison or graviton forfeit
Hmm... Obsidian Mind or Nothing Manacles? I don't have Ophidian Aspect, so I won't consider it for now.
Starfire protocol is amazing in pve.
Yah know Purifier Robes should just get a suppression effect. It would make some interesting plays
Exanicate ...you are genius. Blind and suppress the enemies around you when activating radiance.
I agree with all, except Nothing Manacles should be way higher for PVE, they hit so hard and you never run out of grenades, like I don't even use my gun hah. A 9/10 for sure, maybe even 10/10, they are crazy.
The Voidfang and Starfire were way under-rated. Voidfang is awesome for PvP(should be at least an 8).
the alchemists are good especially with an Ascension storm callers in PvE
i was expecting a 6 or 7 for ophidian aspects but ten is also good
Obsidian mind and bad juju ohhhhhh the good days
eh, honestly the alchemist reminits (pardon my terrible spelling) are pretty good in pve for self res sun singers, but i see why every one hates on them .if niche builds were a thing to be allowed on this it most certainly would make at least 6/10. but since it's judged on it's own merits oh well. although i wouldn't under rate the extra heavy in any case. an extra rocket in pve/pvp or 10 extra bullets really does count for extending heavy life in the crucible, but i've seen the others down below, so i won't beat the dead horse anymore.
Year one Warlock here
I really need to stop dismantling Ophydian Aspects apparently
Voidfang vestments
8-pvp
6-pve
Its hella good
Voidwalkers always with the stacked exotic
I only argue nothing manacles should be at 9 in pvp because in the right hands people can go on kill streaks with just them when they’ve mastered their grenade throwing and spec into full energy drain builds, not to mention two of them should tear apart any roaming supers and grant you one back if you nail the kill on the enemy thus beginning the chain again making them absolutely potent. They’re great in all content they’re basically weaker void ghorn rockets lol
Yep obsidian aspects hear I come also love the videos also how can I achieve a build that can help me spam grenades in pve
Need to redo this list.
i would give alchemist 7, cause it is really good on fireborn sunsinger with tlaloc in raid or nightfall strike
Star fire protocol imo deserves a higher rating in pve the damage u can get on a boss in the raid is insane with the Viking funeral build and the gloves are freed up for the raid gloves so u can get extra heavy from all the fallen
