The Family Birth Place at Mary Washington Hospital, Mother & Baby

In our Mother & Baby unit at Mary Washington Hospital, members of the family, including your new baby, will have the opportunity to stay in the same spacious room for the duration of your visit. Our family-centered approach encourages bonding and time getting to know your baby while receiving care from our expert nurses and Children’s National Hospital pediatric hospitalists. Certified lactation consultants visit our new moms daily to assist with breastfeeding.
