Yes, I enjoyed seeing the course, but it was somewhat bittersweet for me. It made me miss its sister-course, Magic Carpet Golf! All we have remaining for mini golf are a couple of corporate chain styled establishments. You know the type, where the drop a boatload of money into the décor of the environment, along with water features (although they don't incorporate any water features into any of the holes), and lots of fancy lighting illuminating the surrounding environment's décor, but then absolutely no creativity, and hardly any money is applied towards the designs of the holes. Then, somehow they know that the mini golf courses are not strong enough to be a financial success, so they add go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, a massive arcade, batting cages, kiddie coasters, and the like. No uniquely designed holes, no large sculptures that are actually part of the hole, and not just eye-candy, no shot at a free game on hole #18 nor #19, then again, being corporate, they never have a hole #19, they would be giving away free mini golf if they had a hole #19, and no bare putters. Yeah, corporate ran mini golf courses seem to really suck most of the fun right out of mini golf!!!
I got one of the gen 1 ridge wallets from a friend, and I don't particularly like it. My cards all stuck together, and there was nowhere to put change. I'm happy they support y'all, I just don't like that kind of wallet.
Can we all just appreciate the *old school courses.* Hole#15's turf needs to be on all the holes, with that being said; the course would look *super amazing.*
I always enjoy watching you and Elisha play Miniature Golf together, Brooks. 😃 6:22 - 6:50 was my favorite part in Hole 9 with Elisha looking for her ball and it went, “See ya later alligator.” 😆
This amazing place is in my Hometown. I grew up playing both courses and I still play here with family and friends. Hole 6 used to have a giant windmill wheel, a little fun fact for ya
Just gotta say if you don't appreciate old school putt putt courses then you don't know what miniature golf was all about. Gator hole on 9 was my favorite ⛳
I'm 45 y.o., and remember playing this course when I was in 2nd grade. I live about 35 mins away from it. Someone at one time actually stole the green dinosaur from the course in the middle of the night. It was returned about a week later.
Yo Brooks and Elisha, if you guys come back to Ohio? check out other places like Vandemark Farm in Sidney, Ohio, it has a Mini-Golf Course Putt & Play Golf Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and trust me, Hole #2 there is really impossible there, Scene 75 north in Dayton, Ohio, Hazards Mini-Golf in Huber Heights, Ohio, and many others.
Hey Brooks you should have given Elisha your mic I love listening to Elisha lovely voice and Brooks you should have been quite all the away around the whole course.
Go team Alicia whoop his butt to the death and win the championship. Good luck. Awesome bucket. Perfect aim and excited swing. Hole 13 is my favorite because you can rocket your shot extremely Hard.
Ok we where definitely missing some sassy comments i guess!!:):):) We all want to see modern fun courses with all that is possible nowadays but these old school type courses are still a lot of fun to play and still have some of the best minigolfidea's out there!:):)
Off the wall question: do you guys have a defined long-range goal for this channel? Do you see yourselves dpong this all through your 30s? Or do you have plans to branch into something else?
That’s the age old question. We enjoy what we do, and how we get to travel. For the foreseeable future, as long as people keep watching and it’s financially possible, we don’t plan to stop
@@BrooksHolt Yeah, I figured the travel is a big part of it. I'll continue looking forward to your eventual tour of New England, not to mention the inevitable adventure(s) overseas! Another otw question: do you still play drums (if only to stay in practice), or have you retired your kit for good?
Both balls hit the hole on #8, but Elisha had the better chance before. Brooks yours hit the hole, for the great spot. But Elisha had a better chance on a hole in one on eight

Talk about over priced items. WOW

Brooks, maybe next time we only get to listen to Elisha? 😂
Can we all just appreciate the *old school courses.* Hole#15's turf needs to be on all the holes, with that being said; the course would look *super amazing.*

Love old school courses
Cool wallet and KeyCase 🙌
I love the courses that you guys play, that have unique ways to hit the ball or they have unique and different kinds of obstacles
Let's go Team Elisha!
Hole 11 Elisha putts on count 1.5! Elisha has putted with your Dad Brooks and she knows how that can go down!
That that is a very cool course. I also love those old style courses. If I remember right you have played it before!
Elisha's ball was like "NOPE!" when it first got to the hole on 8.
Way to go, Team Elisha!!

Team brooks
This was a fun course to see played. I'm one of the 7 on Team Brooks! 😂
Team Elisha always!
Just gotta say if you don't appreciate old school putt putt courses then you don't know what miniature golf was all about. Gator hole on 9 was my favorite ⛳
Whenever Brooks says “he will hit you closer” we all know darn well he doesn’t mean it 😂
Reminds me of course we have in town I grew up in.
I might not have risked it for a biscuit but I definitely would have risked it for some brisket. Definitely a fun looking course.
Just watched a 16 minute video of Brooks talking to himself 😢
Brooks you should totally try doing match play instead of stroke play. It would be awesome! Keep up the great content 😁
I have one and love it 😁👍💯🔥
Can you guys go to the mini golf course at thunder road in Sioux Falls SD
I heard the motorcycle at the first hole and thought "wow her microphone is really messed up!" Thanks for posting despite the sound issues
GO TEAM ELISHA ❤❤❤❤

Im team Elisha since she’s on silent mic today ! 😂

A mini golf place should make an Disney themed one
I'm 45 y.o., and remember playing this course when I was in 2nd grade. I live about 35 mins away from it. Someone at one time actually stole the green dinosaur from the course in the middle of the night. It was returned about a week later.
Go Team Elisha!

Totally agree!
❤ team Elisha
Cool trucks.
that one looks fun.
This is the course I had sevenhole in ones but still lost by onedhot thanks to an unfortunate six. My dad’s hometown course.
This one still doesn't make the list but each one that I have listed I mark it in maps to go there sometime
I live in fort Walton beach Florida so the course was built in 1957
Team Elisha
I'm on winning team miss Elisha ❤
Awesome video I really like it lot it was cool and you made awesome video
Glad you liked it!!
Rule number 1 ... check equipment ... lol
about time no yesterday
Should Brooks have gotten a 3 for hole 18? Snakes mouth = 1, anything else = 2, therefore 2 puts to get not in the snakes mouth should be 3.
nice shot elisha
TEAM ELISHA
Always team Elisha
9:45 - Brooks - three, two...
Elisha - nope.
Always Team Elisha, sorry Brooks
Are your signatures still I that thing
Team Elisha

In hole 8, you we’re close getting a hole in one, and Elisha’s ball hopped out of the hole.
Sorry Brooks that was a 3
Whst Ron Pearlman movie is this one
1 this game, slow day.
Both balls hit the hole on #8, but Elisha had the better chance before. Brooks yours hit the hole, for the great spot. But Elisha had a better chance on a hole in one on eight
Next video you need to only include Elisha's audio... to make up for it!!
I cant wait to find a video where Brook's mic is down....J/K
When will your parents will be back for a game
Definitely not as fun without Elisha speaking but stuff happens and it's not gonna stop me from watching one video!
