Looking good, as long as the coolant system is bleed really well you shouldn’t have air running up top and or coolant running on bottom. Unless you water pump was cavatating then maybe you could have a weird sensor read but shouldn’t be an issue.

I just received my R34 25GT Turbo and I'm going to enjoy it as is until I encounter problems that will require me a teardown of the engine is when I'll begin my build. This looks beautiful! Where did you get these brass fittings from? Also, what vacuum lines goes there? Brake booster, FRP, Boost gauge and BOV? Also, how do I pre fill the oil cooler to see if the oil it's flowing in the correct direction and not flowing opposite? I wonder hows the car nowaways. Thanks!

Do you have the measurement of the barb and NPT of the two hose brass fittings? I am going to buy that intake and wanted to order those fittings right away i know you said that 1 of the fittings is 1/8 NPT
What’s an IAC? What are those tubes? And the collector is collecting what? Into what? And what are the sensors/what do they do?
IAC is the Idle Air control valve. Tubes that run through it are coolant, and the large line is a vacuum line that runs to the boost pipe right before the throttle body. The collector houses the coolant lines and has the water temp for the cluster and ecu.
