We/Yo han also assumed that it was Dean who attacked the FL for the camera and its memory card. We have seen that dean is very experienced fighter and he was not able to overcome a lady or two for it, that seems very unlikely. Plus we have seen ML had to get back before moon comes up and it was at night time when the attack on FL happened. Hence kinda makes no sense there. Next we know that Skin nation or Bukyeongpa Gang were the one who put the dean in the prison with the help of the central seoul prosecutors office. It makes no sense that he needs to run an errand for them especially when he tell our ML that he wants to kill those who put him in prison. Another thought that defeats the purpose that dean killed his grandmother. Thirdly dean max to max might have kidnapped his grandmother but didn't expect to find out she was killed by who is the one that is not yet revealed. Its either the prosecutors, gang or the old elder. But why ? We are also shown that the bald prosecutor failed to take the call of the grandmother right when Yo Han's colleague prosecutor was with him to either ensure that he is not working for him as an insider in the prison. Now in the 8th episode its show that dean was the masked man who had done the killings. Its unlikely its him because it serves him no purpose. His role might have been only kidnappings that also need to be proven. All the killings has put the gang, prosecutors and skin nation at an advantage so it makes no sense to further help them to be more powerful. We have also seen the conference table with skin nation/gang and prosecutors from which the prosecutor with the glasses who ordered Yo Han's colleague to go and finish the prison / correctional facility as he had been expecting Yo Hans obituary but had not come to fruit at all. If Dean can kill someone outside, it would be easy as a breeze while in the prison. So very unlikely dean killed his grandmother who later was told by yo han's colleague prosecutor that he will tell the identity of his grandmother's killer. So this makes very unlikely it was him who killed his grandma
