No. Remember, in SB LVII they took a catch, football move, fumble, scoop-and-score away from KC because they needed to keep Philadelphia in the game. If the refs hadn't been shading calls for Philly that entire SB, the score would have been 49-21 and everyone would have shut off their TVs.

The runner lost the ball before he was down, but the person who recovered the fumble was kneeling on the ground AND touching the runner when he recovered the ball, so HE was down as soon as he gained possession.
Yup, ball comes out and it's a fumble, there's no question there, but as soon as he picks up the ball and gains possession, not only is his knee down, but he's also touching the opposing player, down by contact.

The referee explains that to the entire crowd over the PA system which we see and hear in this video. The other touchdown was also reversed because of a penalty. There is a thing called "Forward progress". This concept is applied when the ball carrier is held by the defender(s) in such a way that the ball carrier cannot make 3 points of contact with the ground (most commonly when the ball carrier is carried backwards).
