The person who voiced Higurashi is same as Rena Ryugu from Higurashi When They Cry. Her entire character summary is referring to that specific character.

I still can’t believe Higurashi into an actual character.
Fun Fact: Higurashi When They Cry is actually a visual novel that came of in 2002. It’s called the 07th Expansion.
