Thanks for another great video, I was wondering if you rented a furnished apartment and decided for example you wanted to buy your own mattress, couch or whatever is that possible to buy your own and return the one in the apartment to the owner? Or is it-you get what you get and don't throw a fit:)

Hello from Rome! Do you really have problems finding a ground floor? Where are you searching? As a local I've never heard about such an issue🤔

@@valentinasalvati2139 hi. I just left Rome on Thursday. Oh I love it. I’ve been looking online at apartments in Rome and other areas. When I find a ground floor, there are no windows. I’m thinking of Monteverde area.

@@valentinasalvati2139 that’s amazing! Would love your help! I have found a few. I’ll tell you about privately. Also have questions on two other areas. Is there a way to private message my email address ?

You sure about €1000 per m2? Sounds very very low for an average of the country. I understand that Rome and Milan are going to be higher and other places are selling for €1. But if 80 m2 is and average size then €80,000 sounds low. Also to convert m2 to sft multiply by 10.76. I round to 10 for easy math. So 800 sft for €80,000.

It's not low actually, a lot if places starts from 400/500 euro per sqm😉 for example, Rome can cost even 7000-8000 € euro per sqm but small towns less than 60 km from Rome can cost 500 € per sqm😊 everything depends on the area and there can be uge differences within a "small" area! Cheers from Rome
