Fumble - Not completely true. A stock X80 Proto can beat a stock 811 in a straight line, but when customized it's the opposite. Some cars are significantly worse when stock.

Broughy and his videos are almost a public service for GTA racers. Keep up the good work. I was considering buying the dune, should I ever get into a racing situation where I could only use vehicles in its class, but it will always be available regardless you bought it or not, being a Pegasus vehicle... But I was considering a Trophy truck, when you need a 4-wheeled off road vehicle and not taking chances being squished in a motorcycle... GTA-type race and races with wanted status are a whole another sauce... somebody did that crossing of GTA races with the off-road class and hilarity ensued when a few players realized the Insurgent was available...
I honestly think that Rockstar should've used 2 classes per vehicle. You could designate the body type that it is, such as a pickup, coupe, or motorcycle, then another class to designate it's usage such as industrial, offroad, or sports. This would eliminate a lot of the problems with vehicles being in the wrong class for racing. So you could have the Sanchez designated as both an offroad and a motorbike, the Blista compact as both a sports and a compact, or the Dune as both an offroad and a truck.

The RE 7B should be in a racecar category of its own. It's quite frankly too fast to even be in supercar races and puts you in a disadvantage if using anything slower than it
+patrik streng its not op.. because most of the races have wall rides and tunnels.. where re7 sucks.. t20 and osiris are best for wallrides and tunnels..
@Broughy1322 has the Faggio been moved out of Utility class races? I know the Saddler is still quicker but that would be another upgradable Utility race vehicle (2:40) Been so long since a Utility race that It may have been reshuffled.
I'm still glad that the Elegy is the top dog in the Sports class, mainly because it's one of the only examples of a car that won't break your wallet to be competitive. After all, if you join the Rockstar Social Club, the car is free to purchase. The upgrades will cost you, but once you've tricked it out, you have a car that can compete with the big boys and quite well, thanks to it's excellent overall stats (especially traction). Also... sad that the majority of my garage roster will need heavy replacements if I want to race... since most of the cars I had are no longer even remotely competitive... save for the Elegy and the Bati, of course.

I bought a sabre turbo from the website and took it to benies and fully upgraded it. The traction is CRAP!!! the gauntlet and the Dominator have WAAAYY more traction. is this normal? Also, is the RE-7B still the best/fastest for races? I keep seeing to pros in lobbies and heists etc using the T20.

I know right. The best super used to be the zentorno at 750k, now the best super is almost 3 mil without mods, even the rally cars are almost 1 million. Plus, rockstar intentionally releases vehicles that are always faster than the ones before to make us buy them all. I bought the t20 a long time ago, then the fmj when it was first released, but soon after they added the proto which was stupid fast, so I bought it, and now I don't have enough money to buy anything since all the cunning stunts cars are way overpriced. The problem is that making good money takes literally weeks in this game. But I'm not giving houndreds of real dollars to these money whores for shark cards.
Tuna not only that...before all the new cunning stunt super cars you could still work with a turismo r....and the entity, which was king in the earlier time, always was competitive on a true technical track untill pretty much CC update

same with the dominator and whenever the fuck that sabre turbo custom ruined everything god, anyone still recall the times you just had to buy youreself a free sport car, a 800 k super car, a 1 mil sport classic, a 15 k bike and the rest pretty much just came from the street and were upgrades ? now you need 3 mil for a super, 500 k for a muscle car, 300 k for an suv, 300 k for a sedan, 800 k for a super...also not counting in you had to need to replace all other vehicles ? best example being the suv class....damn...how many more times will they pull of that dirthy trick ?
hey broughy! will you ever put out a general guide on how to properly mod your vehicle? I've always been confused on what tires and rims to put on. what spoiler to use. does armour effect the speed and acceleration.
If the vehicle has "tire clipping", then use off road wheels. Otherwise it doesn't matter what wheels you use. Any spoiler besides the stock spoiler gives the same traction increase. Armor doesn't affect speed or acceleration, but it does make your vehicle more durable and less prone to engine failure.
Hi Broughy this video is very useful but its over a year old now, would you consider making an updated video like this? Because I feel this is really useful and a nice condensed guide for people like myself who are building their car collection. Since this video came out, we've had a lot of supercars added, military and airplanes as well as sports classics (of course more airplanes are on the way but you can mod the dripfeed planes to include in the guide). Stock spoiler on any car (or no spoiler when there's another option) is always slower since you have less traction in corners

What sport car do you recommend for the stunt races
When I click on the 'All Vehicles Combined' tab in the spreadsheet it just takes me back to the home screen of the spreadsheet. Do you know why this is happening?

Can this countdown of upgraded vehicles also be used in stunt races? For example, is the Elegy RH8 the best sports car to use in a stunt race or is a car like the Massacro or the 7-70 better?
Top speed is normally the best for stunt races due to lack of corners. But as with everything else it's a balancing act
