well they not lipsinging because you can hear them if listen and at the bet awards they were dancing fast before they was singing and when they were singing they were dancing also. and on bet they only play the instrumental . so they were kind of out of breath and dancing and singing . if you look at other videos of them singing while sitting or calm they can sing very good
