I don't know, the English ones are either a bit crude or a bit nerdy, but the Spanish ones are so cliché.
English isn't a bad sounding language, but Spanish like French and Italian is of course so romantic and sexy sounding, that's what gives it the edge over English, not necessarily the pick up lines themselves or what's being said, but how it's being said, how it sounds phonetically.
every language sound different, for me there are not sexy language.

I noticed that in Anglo culture, pickup lines tend to be either clever puns or straight up trashy sexual remarks, whereas Spanish pickup lines tend to be more poetic and stereotypically "romantic," but sound antiquated af. Like, it sounds way too Shakespearean for my taste. Both are cringy af, regardless.
We have he other kind in spanish too but as Andrea said they are too rude. Because of that kind of pickpup lines Spain passed some directives againts pickup lines. Typical spanish. Andrea is spaniard for sure. I am spaniard. We are more straight making pick up lines. There are a lot romantic pick up lines in spanish, but I think they are obsolet. Not many young people use classic pick up lines. I think we prefer more, funny references to some parts of the body. Rude references most of the times, but ingenious. Like "tus tetas son como sartenes, ... porque hacen que se me frian los huevos". I refuse to translate because the literal sense is very rude. The mood and the intonation is the clue to sounds funny instead of a stalker. And the context and of course the previous relation with the girl. It is not the same if it is the first you said to that girl. Sorry. It is just a cultural aportation. Plain reality. Dont judge, please.
