This is video is not waste as mentioned by many people here , infact that means they have just software issues but here it's highlighted that hardware needs to be changed. I have spent 6-7 hours overall in changing settings and trying many things with the help of LG chat bot but all was in vein . Today after registering a complaint came to know that there is a Wifi PCb which needs to be changed. But the service provider is asking high to change it I.e. 3500/- am just checking online if I can change myself the part.

It is possible to change to self but need some technical knowledge if you don't have then , plz do not open the tv yourself...

You can change it by self. It's not PCB at first. open the back and clean the FFC CABLE (right mid) and module (at center bottom). Unplug it from socket>clean>insert again.
Try it once.
If it still doesn't work then change the cable. It's cheaply available

At last I asked for LG customer service,
This problem is related to Wifi chip "Hardware Problem", can not solve by changing country, lower power consumption, factory settings, also HDMI or other on or off.
So don't want time to wait or searching solutions.

i found out how to fix it without having to contact support. I just reset all the settings. (General > Reset to Initial Settings.) My tv works just fine now and i haven’t had any issues with it and the Wifi problem.

Having the same damn problem . Have been for quite some time now . Resetting it doesn’t help WiFi still turned off and even using an ETHERNET cable helps a bit but still lacks and disconnects all the time . No problems on any other device . Plz some help

Just change the location then your tv will turn off nd turn on automatically nd next change the original location then open the network nd wi fi connection
