ECM Disable: It's based on current health. You can insta-disable an overlord on 1hp, or wait 3 hours to disable a full HP one.
Tank doesn't have the carpet bomb at level 3/4 to take out the oil, so understandable to use the Nuke on it, especially it being my only source of income. Perhaps nuking the middle would've been better, who knows? Thanks for casting!
Amazing match, love the China mirror. As for the question ECM tank powering down vehicle question. I believe there is a second hidden HP bar for each unit that determines how quickly they get shut down. I am not sure it that one is linked to the regular HP though.
