Thanks (belatedly) for this really useful set of videos - very clear and systematic. I've wanted to do this for a while - now I can. But!! - you stopped too short - tell us about how to join the two halves.

There was a series of 5 videos on making the mold, and a further 4 on wet seam lay ups. Also did a series on inflatable bladders

Thanks for commenting and glad you have found them useful. I did several videos on joining parts a while ago, they are on my wesite on the wet seams page within the workshop section, with download links at the bottom of the page.
A couple of them are to long for utube so have not made it on here. Hope they help you to make some parts
