I've never felt crazy. I've always known that it was on him. But all the lies and gaslighting did take a toll on me. Someone criticising me constantly is an attempt on eroding your self-esteem. And then at the end they complain that you were a "person full of Life when they met you" a d now you're not. Duh! Like they had nothing to do with it.

Ben, You had mentioned in another video that they knew what they were going to do when they met me? Also, they are really predators? This video here like all the other videos is slowly opening my eyes. Why am I breaking down. So everything was fake? She really said and did so much to create this illusion then. I fell for it all. @@Sally-ih6ls nope. It's not. Besides,if someone loves you dearly, they don't dump you over one stupid mistake. We all do them daily. That's not a reason to beak up (I'm not talking of cheating or betraying trust here).
Since I started watching these videos I've been back with my Ex about 3times. One if raised rumes I frosted h7m, the next he discarded me and the last I walked out because he had a go at me for being ill. I've deleted without reading the message he sent me the night i left and he's made no attempt to hoover me since. Neither have I broken no contact. He's left me in an emotional state where I yearn for closure so I can move on, yet I know I'll never get it. When we've had these 'off periods' they've usually lasted 2wks then one if us breaks. If I can make it to the 3rd week I'll be happy because that will be my closure he has someone else. Its a mind feck of the worst kind. 🍒
The one I was involved with assaulted me then immediately denied it and ran from accountability for 7 months and won’t take a plea and wants to go to trial where he is willing to lie and perjure himself….
What’s frustrating to is that there are all sorts of factual and circumstantial evidence the prosecuting says they can’t use as it isn’t tied to the immediate assault but a so important regarding his history, legal and his behavior and patterns . They say they literally need a confession to help. But he was careful to not say things, something’s are ominous but not obvious. And he started typing and verbalizing a different story as if it were real. I don’t know how to fight this, I’m using only the truth and I feel it’s going to fail:(
Thank you for this video. I've been in the fog for a year and half now. Even til this day he future fakes me. He gaslighted me just like that too!! (Been broken up for five months) Hopefully now though he will leave me alone for good.
A so called friend of mine didn't like something I said so she went to my abusive ex to hurt me. He's a 49 year old narcissist who wrecked me. So tonight a friend sent him screen shots proving this woman has torn him to shreds to me. She was calling him a druggy, a waster and saying he will be a lonely old man. What do you think he will do now he's seen those? Is he likely to Bury his head in the sand and be her friend just to get to me.

I’ve quite literally been in an on and off relationship with a possible narc. Lying was so much and after confronting them they said that I’ve for a long time decided that they’re always lying and gaslighting me. I’m so tired. Today we get in an argument about how the last meeting we had we were talking about the way forward in the relationship (sex wise). This person goes ahead and tells me that this was never about a romantic relationship and friends talk about sex all the time. Wtf even?!! Anyway… the shackles are slowly falling guys😂

In every fighting he says : You are insane ,your brain is crazy,you are crazy you need doctor ,medications etc,100 times that im sick and insane ......but know I know,I saw but he never takes responsability for reality and its all my fault.
At the end of my relationship with my ex NARC. I felt completely crazy my head hurted everyday til I Blocked 🚫 him. I was DONE ✔

I felt the Stockholm syndrome yesterday and my supervisor told me to look up on it and I cut that feeling out

If the narcissist is your spouse sometimes they’ll alienate you from your children and also do their best to make you look crazy to them.
