- Naruto (Sage Mode) still has to be the best design that Naruto has received in the anime. Once he got added in Storm 2 he was an immediate fan favorite for most of the playerbase, but soon after he fell off the charts and more stronger characters started appearing in the later Storm games. In Storm Connections he has been updated like all of the characters in the roster and he received a well deserved update. It is an unfortunate thing that some of his amazing looking combos have been removed, but we have to deal with it in some way.
Thanks to @Delicashilous I will showcase this character to you all, since I've been requested to play with him.
Naruto has two primary jutsus in his arsenal. His first jutsu is a Rasengan that has the same priorities as a regular Rasengan. It has armor on start-up, can be cancelled at any time and does a great deal of damage on hit. It is a little bit slower than usual though, which makes this a less useful version than other variations of this jutsu. However, it does have a unique feature that allows you to continue a combo after getting a hit with his airborne version of this move. This is something that is not included with every Rasengan and it’s indeed a special change to this move.
His second jutsu allows him to perform a rush attack that makes Naruto run over to his opponent while his shadow clones charge up a Rasengan in the background. Once he catches his opponent he will then force him into this Rasengan causing him to be in an airborne state. This is a nice new addition to this character and should only be used mid combos (especially after the recent patch since it has less armor). It does have slight armor during its activation, but it’s not enough to make this a viable move though.
Overall, Naruto (Sage Mode) is a very solid character but his speed is the main thing that slows him down in certain matchups. Check him out if you haven’t already!

Isshiki is just too amazing ngl. I believe that he will switch up the meta because he pretty much got everything. Busted awakening, great normals, amazing speed and a projectile🙌. Love the fact that you can loop his grab and the amount of infinites that he has💪

Bro I swear the game feels super slow after the update . WTF . I can’t feel any timings ,It’s like 300 ping , but my connection is absolutely fine
I do have to say that it does... the connection and overall feel of the game has been slowed down (40fps-ish)😔. Sometimes my subs won't come out or parry is just super delayed. Might be an unintended bug that could be fixed in a future patch🙏

It all comes down to consistent training🙌. Once you play the game a lot and get accustomed to the messed up parts of the game THAT'S the moment when you will ascend beyond others🤣🤣.

@@ay00wtf Awesome! After the patch a lot of things are easier to deal with now🙏. The only thing I do have to say though... subs come back way too quick in my opinion😭. Running players can just gain their subs back in 10 seconds which is too fast in my opinion😔
Ninjutsu spamming is NOT A SKILL that Minato player was so annoying to watch !! I've met so many players like him it makes the match less enjoyable smh
100% agree with you that Ninjutsu spamming should not be considered a skill especially pre-patch (Which was the time I recorded that match as well😭). It's unfortunate that so many players made that playstyle their own, but luckily it is way easier to deal with it now after the patch🙌. I can finally dash at them without having to bounce back at them because of that armor🙌. Finally I can just continue pressuring them without being defensive in between🙏🙏

What characters would you say give you the most trouble?
From other videos, it seems like Ishikki.
You always tear through Sasuke, even though most people struggle against him.
Great question! At the moment I would definitely say Isshiki since he is still brand new and you kind of have to develop a different strategy to approach him. Other than him I would say consistent ranged jutsu attack users that frequently switch between characters that have one on the field to kind of manipulate the camera view. For example, you call in Shisui to use his ranged attack, then switch into Mitsuki, move a little to the side and use his range attack while switching back into Shisui. Can kind of mess up your inputs😅😭.
The reason for that is mostly because I've seen a lot of different Sasuke users🤣. Some better than others, but if you know the general gameplan of a Sasuke player it will become hard for them to open you up🙏.

This specific match was pre patch, so he still had full use of his armor😭😭.
He does still have slight armor after the patch while he is running with his Rasengan, but it has been removed during the start-up frames so you can just chakra dash into it when he starts it up🙌🙏
