Tamashii Nations literally “aimed for the top” with this next edition to the timeless Soul of Chogokin line. Introducing Soul of Chogokin Gun Buster Gokin Color Ver.! Gun Buster is a classic favorite among fans and appears this time in a stunning coloration concept authentic to the original anime. The body has an additional hint of purple that adds depth to the shadows, while the red highlights on the chest and orange lines along the body get a lavish metallic finish. You can pose the dignified Gun Buster standing atop his special SOC display stage. This stunning set also includes Buster Machines 1 and 2, interchangeable hands (x11), and accessory parts.

Regardless of what people nitpick on about you when it come to your reviews,i think you do a great job. You cover everything from minor details,to articulation,and accessories. Your reviews actually got me interested in other giant mechs,aside from Gundam. Keep on keepin on,dude.
Even after all these years this soc still has top notch engineering. I have always wanted to watch a rpa review on this robot along with having thia soc. Christmas is early since I now have both!
the pose of Gunbuster on top of the base is called the "Supa Inazuma Kick (Super Lightning Kick) which the spike under the feet has to attach. It is also one big bad ass killer move of Gunbuster.
+Pinoy Pride This is the comments I appreciate. When they are helpful. Some people get bent out of shape if I dont know what something is called. In all honesty, I did a very old Gunbuster review of the Kaiyodo figure and I mention this move but in my old age I forgot lol
FYI, the panel on 7:36 should be carefully removed from the hinge during transformation. That way, the figure won't have the panel dangling on the back as shown on 8:25. Refer to step 1 on page 11 of the manual.
its a BIG, really big metal toy. but learning the Japanese instruction on how to detach buster 1 and 2 is a little hard to study since some of us are watching the toy to combine.

i bought this Gunbuster thinking he was gonna be good,but i didnt think it was gonna be fan-friggin-tastic! a freakin ab crunch and a waist swivel? in a SOC? son,my Christmas gonna be good this year.

I have Daltainious and I love it. I wish they would do the Super Sentai toys like this. The Legends Dragonzord came close. That Gunbuster is so beautiful. Yeah the anime was weird.

Hey Charles I gotta hand it yo you. BEST review yet. The only thing that would make it any better is show transformation but I also enjoy your montages & understand why u don't. Probably so u don't scratch it up. Me I'm ok with minor wear & tear scratches but when we spend hard earned money on figures, I can completely understand why you wouldn't want to as well. SO I have this guy in my pile @bbts & this will make my 6th SOC now. 1000s of transformers 1000s of gi joes & super heroes but only 6 chogokins :) Thanks for the awesome shots of all the weapons bro
thanks for the compliments. Ill tell you why I do the sequence like that. Cause I cant stand watching someone transform a figure for 10 minutes. I found most people tune out during longwinded transformations. I also like to keep my reviews as short and as to the point as possible. I prefer to make a 10-20 minute video as opposed to 30-40.

RocketPunchArmy your welcome bro. Yea im not too into 30-40 minute videos either that much and I actually look to watch transformations that's my thing I guess. That & articulation BUT when it comes to your videos you do such a good job & your picture & quality are top notch! So I really enjoy them. There are a few others that montage but only you & vangelus are worthy to be consistent in my book. Anyways you made me 20 x's more excited for this toy. I could never even find an older version review (gunmetal colored vrs) even before this release I've been interested but could never find a modern proper review. I think one your crew did. It was 2008 or so lol

Hey Charles i just seen that youtube stopped my notifications from you so i re enabled them. Damn TH-cam. OK SO...I've probably asked this b4 but im.asking again if I did (obviously idk lol) in the original didnt the hands stay on not come off?.,On my SOC VoltesV the hands come off way too easily I HATE that I like toys that Stay together how are the hands on this figure? I watched and saw you had attach them but I wanna know if they changed anything on this release and if the hands stay on securely. Also that pose in the book that you said " they must be smoking something" works quite well I seen it on the original in a review just now ;)

Whoa! This one is insane. I need a Gunbuster upgrade in my collection, only have the old Kaiyodo one (not even the Revoltech upgrade from there!), but this might be going a few steps too high. Still, though, daaaaamn!

Hey Charles I totally understand why you don't like stands, Wondering how you display your collection? do you stand your robots straight up? do you pose them? because you don't use stand how often do some if any of your robots fall over? would love to see a collection updated video!

I just bought this and within an hour of getting it out I accidentally scratched the gold paint on the front of its chest while trying to take the feet off (seriously why is it so hard?). I guess I'll just go fuck myself

you are so dam right man and I so regret it now will save up for a piece like this now I'm looking for a good Valkyrie the one that use Rick Hunter, saw the Yamato 1/60 scale I like it and saw the Yamato smaller version with the armor is very cool to saw the high-metal one as well so wish one I should get haa decisions
