That was good. Now I know how to properly tack it down so it doesn't show. It is these tiny little tips and tricks that make such a difference that you can't get from a book or diagram.
Love your work. This is the type of stitching I do - I’ve never had any formal training, in fact I was thrown out of needlework at school for being so useless (and naughty!]. I had no art training. It wasn’t until I was in my early 40s that I started to explore creativity and now I work mainly with textiles. I’ve made it my mission not to do anything in straight lines! I am so glad I stumbled on your channel. Now I’ll have to go backwards and forwards to make sure I see everything. xx
Hi Ariane! Wow! I am enjoying binge watching your videos and learning many new stitches along the way! Thank you for clear instructions, that are easy to follow. I am a beginner, so my journey has just begun. Your stitching is amazing! Love your process. Happy Stitching! Samantha
I just discovered your channel and love your work. I am learning stitches watching your videos, your an excellent teacher. What type of fabric do you use and where do you buy it from? Thank you for making these great videos
I've only done these couronne type loops on my ring sticks - as tree foliage on a needlelace landscape the first time. Your bullions way is fascinating and can probably be done more easily with the thicker threads. Thanks.
@@ArianeZurcher212 I wasn't expecting to be seen! I enjoyed seeing some of the others though and thoroughly enjoyed myself☺. So thankful after all your attempts we got together. I will have a go trying out the bullions.
I love this stitch. thank you for sharing. Would you mind showing me how to twist the cast on? I am casting on, but the stitches are turning on my needle.
I thought I explained this in the video. It’s how you alternate the stitch from one side to the other. I’m traveling at the moment but be sure you watch the entire video so as to see where I explain how to avoid that.
It looks like tatting lol. So pretty. Much easier than tatting, thats for sure!! Tyfs ❤💜
They're really fun to create!!
Perfect little limpets for my aquatic scene. Thanks for the inspiration.
Haha! Wonderful! ❤️

Are the cast-ons the same as for knitting sometimes?
Yes same concept!
❤
Do you find it easier to work without a hoop?
Yes, definitely. For me a hoop causes me more challenges than it’s worth. I much prefer stitching without.
I have a treenway silk parcel ready to ship to you just need your address kindof excited to see how you like it thanks again for great videos
Hi Carol - you are so thoughtful! I just sent you my address. Thank you. Can't wait to see what you have in store for me!! 💕
