I love Roy Orbison, but no one here is making the statement that this song is not Roy's but the Traveling Wilburys'. In fact he didn't even write the song. It was written by Jeff Lynne. Of course Roy deserves credit for his outstanding vocal performance (as usual).
Taylor Swift sounds like an amateur compared to Lucy. Taylor is also an alien. And has the most flat ass hung on any woman in all the history of the world.
This is a "Traveling Wilburys" song. That being said I personally could care much less for all the bickering back and forth about "whose it is". I say that Roy gave this song voice and life, and because of that, and its style, which just so fits Roy's style, I deem it eminently worthy of being in his "Apocrypha", if not in his "canonical" catalogue. Think about it.
This ought to be her leading song, it will make the audience want her more.
wow...that was AMAZING

According to tom petty , it was jeff and roy with some addition from the rest of the group but really just jeff and roy. Tom's words.
I did think that too. This is a Traveling Wlibury's song but she sings it great x
She sounds like Taylor Swift

Not bad. Not a fan of the panting/breathing effect...pretty irritating.
Beautiful.
first time I ever heard a female version of one of Roy's songs, didn't even think it could be done. This was done very well indeed, beautiful.
Have you heard I drove all night by Cindi Lauper?
KD Langs version of Crying wasnt bad.....cant stand the Celine Dion version of I Drove All Night though (screechy)
It's too hard for men to cover Roy Orbison, you almost never hear that. His vocal range was too great.
This is good, but not the BIG O..
