Literally you just need Articuno Ex x2 and put any Support & Item and enjoy gambling with Misty ❤
I use also Kingler, it is also gambling but has nice Atk and HP
@Lobberzillo yup any pokemon in this deck is basically sub dps or another interup pokemon, but don't put more than 4 basics in this deck for consistency
That Misty Trainer card perhaps if it is just luck, is a good Meta even versus Thunder type Pokemon. I have 2 of them on my Water Pokemon Deck.
