His articulation is perfect. He just needs to work on his belts. I don't think it's because he can't, he's just never been given the chance.

I feel comparisons are always so awful...it's natural to have a favorite member of 1D or now as solo singers. My fav is Harry because his voice is just addictive to me and his songs too good and have wide variety of styles(rock, ballads, pop...) and his band sounds just amazing. Zayn: his voice is an extreme gifted instrument, great songs but all sound the same for my taste. Louis: there is such a honesty quality in his voice and his songs writing, they move me inside. Nial: I don't feel particularly attracted to his voice, but I love his songs, so talented for writing songs that are instant hits and will stay for ever as a classic. Liam: angel voice, perfect singing, mind blowing high notes and falsetos...but not many extraordinary songs so far. I think he needs still time to find or create more songs that will make his talent shine in all his glory. I would say Harry Louis Nial and Zayn find early and easier the right songs that make them shine brightly (lik' diamond in the sk...🎵😂) or the brightest. Liam instead needs more years to develope. He is underrated so far but also he is not at his top yet. My opinion. I am sure he will shine more in years to come as singer and hopefully as an actor as well...(if not...I would pay just for watching him showing his drawings, looking at that gorgeous face and getting a headache from trying to understand his accent, I don't care 😍)
