I don’t think this guy is equipped to sell units like this …. His mannerism is not professional at all . Also . If anyone thinks this unit is a nice design , I genuinely question their taste , therefore their recommendations ….. I don’t really think this guy knows what true luxuary interior is …….
so here is my question....paying 3.5 million to an agent who doesn't know what the countertop is made of, and who's relaxed style is less than conducive to buying and spending that kind of money. The one thing i can say is that finishings in the condo are reasonable compared to many other condo.s
Since I am likely the kind of client able to afford to pay 3.5 million for a.condo...I fully expect the agent to look the part and professional amd knowledgeable...there are few fks.living in Toronto in theirn60k annual salary who would even be able to look at thay condo....so let's keeps it in perspective
