Hello Shamim ji, Thanks for sharing this nice and very detailed video. I am also having Toyota Etios 2015 Diesel Model and I sometimes face a peculiar issue, sometime after running 2-3 KMs the car engine STOPs (Red temperature sign blinks for a second and goes off) , then sometime it gets starts immediately or sometimes it needs rest for 3-4 mins and then engine starts normally. There is no error code generated during this process. Once the engine is restarted then there is no problem and can be driven for hours thereafter. This issue is very random, sometime it occurs after months, last month for at least 1 week I was facing this issue. Secondly, 3 days back in the morning time the car did not started at all and I tried cranking the engine for 5 mins but nothing happened. Then again I tried starting the engine during lunch time and it then started as normal. This starting issue was faced around 8 months earlier once more during morning time around 9 / 10 AM. I have earlier shown Engine Stop issue to Toyota service center and year back, but they could not track it as there was no error code and issue did not replicated while they were testing. The toyota service center is around 250 Kms from my location. Recently I showed this car to the local car repair center and they suggested first for Fuel tank and Filter cleaning, which was done and found okay but the problem is still there. Then they are suggesting for getting the Thermostat Valve changed. Can you please suggest what should be done for permanent solution. Looking forward for your response.

Drv valave kitne volt ki supply par chalta h ssme problm my car but no fault code ... Mene 9volt ki supply di but no sound ..in valve car chevy sail disel...
Meri gaadi mai v same staring problem tha, DRV change kiya uske baad diesel return continue nhi hai aur return diesel temprature return line ka high hai, staring sahi hai but isse unwanted noise aa rha hai.fuel filter, fuel line, tank filter sabhi check kiya plz suggest
