Stones don't expire they just need to be cleansed and wore again on a Saturday sukla paksha, say 108 times shani beej mantra and dip it in ganga jal or water with Tulsi leaves and raw milk wear it when saying mantra for the 108th time, no need to buy a new stone if you want a better quality you can go ahead

If you are wearing neelam so you need to work hard... for results...
directly wearing neelam won't work... if you are not working hard... as saturn is the planet of judement... that give results only to hard workers...
