Hi. My name’s Floride, I’m a french girl and I’m 15yo. Music is everything for me. I sing, play music (a little bit of piano, mostly ukulele, and i am kinda trying to learn how to play guitar), i also write songs. Music means everything for me since the longest i can remember. But it became even more for me since my 8yo. This is when i started to be in depression. I can say that music helps me sometimes but isn’t making everything, not at all. Still, when i play music or sing, or do improvisations with my voice and ukulele, the words comes easily and i put my all in it, all my feelings and emotions. Sometimes, i even cry (kinda everytime). Some words i say sometimes are incredible for me because I’m just here on my bed playing some chords with my ukulele and i sing, i sing everything i have in my head and i cry, i cry because i know i feel bad, i know I’m in depression but the words i say sometimes are like so harsh, so hard to hear. And this melody that you are playing, i kinda feel like you feel it while playing it. And i feel it too, i understand this melody, "experience", this is such a meaning for me. I think i will stop here because i would say too much. I know that you will never read this comment, but like... i just wanted to thank you for the way you are playing those musics. Thank you so much.

If i am honest i will say that i don’t believe in the "it will get better" thing because i basically heard it too much, but still, your comment means a lot to me ❤️ I hope you feel better today, that you are proud of who you are because everyone should be, that you know that you are worth it and that you actually are someone and that you have your say. We are all humans, and should give more our hands to each other to grab when someone is just going down. ❤️ every lives matter, no matter what ❤️ keep going, build yourself on who you want to be and not what others want you to be ❤️ you do you, we build ourselves up, we are born our own way ❤️
einaudi got me interested in piano, I've been having private lessons for about 5 months now and I have his music book next to my piano waiting for the day I can finally play his songs
@@ArkonPT unfortunately not, I've had to take a break from lessons and practicing it's been a nearly just under two months since I touched my piano as I'm preparing to move from home, once that's all done I can carry on straight away

I heard this song recently and decided to learn it, not knowing who had written it. I'm now hooked on all of Einaudi's music and am learning more of his pieces. They are just beautiful. An experience.

I've been learning this piece and have listened to several different recordings on TH-cam to hear different interpretations, look at fingering choices, etc. This is by far my favorite. After actually looking at the sheet music and learning the phrases, I listened to numerous recordings with a new ear and heard the nuances of the performers' choice to highlight different moving lines between the two hands, the pauses between phrases, and dynamic variation. As all musicians know...music is SO much more than just the notes on the page. Jacob, your interpretation and performance is masterful, and the emotions really shine through. Thank you for this gem.
