Always planning, something in my pea brain head. I have notes books that I write things in all the time. I suffered a stroke 10 years ago and I just blame it on that. Thank goodness for notebooks.

*Julie, great grab on that Hull piece. It is restaurant ware used in high-end steak restaurants to bake au gratin potatoes. If you don't know what those are, they are small chunks of potato baked in a very cheesy sauce and the final touch is browning the potatoes on the top under the broiler briefly. The reason the dish is so thick is so it holds up to baking and broiling the potatoes in the oven. 😋😉💛 YUM‼️*
