    thank you so much for expressing the fundamental attributes of Fumio Sasaki Minimalism. I am confident that it is the mindset that will always make you more blissful and peaceful than the previous minimalism method. It looks more influential and coherent in accordance with the other perspectives. It will reshape your point of view in order to analyze the living circumstances mindfully. I relished each moment of the second section concerning Fumio Sasaki Minimalism. Cheers from Turkey!

      I do agree with you! It is a more mindful approach that is more based on being content. It's has a lot of overlap with japanese Zen. It's focused on minimalism as a lifestyle. 🌿

    Equating minimalism with weight is disgusting. Some people have hormonal issues which cause excess weight. Others have parts of their body that don't work properly (like thyroid) which cause weight gain and make it extremely hard to get weight off. Minimalism isn't about being ableist.
