    Inside the box are a number of attachments which are relatively easy to assemble taking about 10 minutes.
    PROS
    - Quick assembly
    - Sturdy heavy base with wheels attached for ease of mobility
    - Large water capacity for the steamer 1L
    - Anti-calc cartridge included
    - Two simple buttons, on/off and anti-calc. No settings required for temperature.
    - Quick heat up time 45 seconds.
    - The location of the steamer trigger on the handle of the steamer is ergonomically friendly.
    - Accessories come with the box - 2x large pegs, fabric brush and lint handle.
    - The board is height adjustable. There are no preset heights and this can be changed to whatever suits your need.
    - The board also has 3 positions - horizontal/vertical and oblique (45deg). Comes with its own cover for protection.
    - The iron has its own cradle.
    - Warranty is included
    CONS
    - Box is fairly heavy so make sure you've done a work out prior or have a friend to help.
    - The actual functioning of the device appears to be lacking. It does not work well on creased items such as pillow cases or shirts. Presumably it is more for touch ups which is strange given it is an iron also.
    - Every so often a big burst of steam would come out from the iron piece making the clothes wet.
    - Apparatus is large, it requires a dedicated space for storage.
    CONCLUSION
    2.5/5
    Overall, I think this product is ideal for touch ups/ detailing but as an iron it does not function as good as traditional iron. I was excited to try this but disappointed that it didn't do a good job with its primary functions. I'll be keeping hold of my iron for now.

    This review doesn't match my experience with this steamer. I find it fantastic and very easy to use. Has revolutionised how I feel about the 'chore' of ironing. It's brilliant. Can only assume this has been posted by a rival company!

      I bought this steamer ytd and I find her reviews are genuine. It’s pretty hard to remove the craze lines and the handle of the iron gets heat up as well end up wearing a 🧤 to hold it as I steam. I thought this could help me iron my clothes easier but it’s disastrous

    @sambrian174 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I'm watching this to check if it's worth the money. I appreciate her honesty but having used handheld steamers, it seems like she just hasn't tried using steamers in general.
    There is a finesse on how you can properly steam your clothes. There's a learning curve but in a short time you'll get the hang of it.

  • @jijiazuo4816

    you cant do up and down, it has to be from top to bottom in one single direction.

  • @hitmewiththedigits
    @hitmewiththedigits ปีที่แล้ว

    a) if there are cavities in the wand where steam can cool before sloshing out, keep it in the orientation where this doesn't happen when the steamer is on.
    b) if you are pressing the fabric you are using the steamer as an iron and you should pay attention to how you are creasing it. In this instance, creases were obviously being introduced by moving the iron from side to side. That iron was designed to press in one direction only: forwards. Some can go back and forwards. Fancier moves require taught fabric.
    c) there are cheaper items than this out there. Do a comparison for us.

    This review is biased and is inaccurate. I bought it just before watching this review. I have used it for a night and I am impressed. Be mindful, it is a steamer and not a pressing iron.

    This looks like a waste of time. I wanted one for my suits as you cannot really iron suits and only clean them after a number of wears. So I was hoping to be able to steam them to keep them sharp. I wasn't thinking of it for shirts and so forth but it looks like a bloody chore to me.

    How your ironing as demonstrated is incorrect for this type of steam iron. You go one w.ay, and slow, to allow iron to do its job. If your using like a normal iron, your going to get water come out. Otherwise, I liked your video.

    This is completely false. I purchased one despite having watched this as it felt disingenuous, and I can confirm this is one great bit of kit.
    I’m a vintage clothing seller and this absolutely wiped out creases on thick cotton sweatshirts, fleeces and jeans.
    10/10 product, just mad I didn’t buy one sooner and put up with my £30 one
