It looks like the camera had trouble focusing due to all the white baking soda being in the background. It's just giving off the illusion of "moving," that's how appears to me though I could be wrong. lol 🤔
Also Make sure the flash of your camera is off (if it is already off then there's probably some other issue). I faced this exact problem and found that it was happening because of the flash.@@asmrbakingsoda2024
