I highly recommend this channel. It was suggested to me to go to their church for healing yesterday. After 28 years of this I don't even know how to respond.
My advice is to not give up, and use the good days. My biggest problem is the PEM. I push myself too much and still have to learn when to tell myself no. Thanks for the videos. They’re definitely helpful!
I would say "it can take a long time to get a diagnosis ( i had no idea)this is normal & OK.Once you have, NEVER Push yourself & sadly expect people wont understand"😢ALL videos on this channel are invaluable to me & My only support ❤many thanks J.❤😊
Over years, I have found that I gravitate to people who themselves have poor health. When we set a day to go to lunch or to visit at home, there is always a proviso, I.e., if we both are having a day on the day when we can do it. We understand when either of us has to reschedule. Sometimes it takes months. But, it really helps to have people who understands.
dont stop living. my problem is my 68 year old mother is more active than me, 43. knowing that can make you feel useless and worthless. never never do that. dont allow yourself to get sucked in to thinking that. you are NOT normal, learn to be ok with that.
Its going to be an emotional roller coaster, just like a kind of grieving process. Be kind to yourself and know the 'new you' will take time to grieve your old life and self.
🥀Great video thank you🥀Very difficult to do but: try to except you are very unwell with this complex disease & ignore positive petes= just stay positive, youll be alright!! that comment infuriates me!! Of course always try to stay positive with in yourself 🥀with thanks🥀
