I so needed this encouragement today. Relapsed over the holidays and haven’t gotten back to where I need to be and have been really down about it. 🙏🏾

People believing that number 1 priority of a business is to maximize their profit they are incredibly destructive for society. Be careful of what you wish for

AND some people are especially susceptible to these food addictions. Those with neurological issues, cptsd, childhood trauma..

One day, historians will rightly call the present day food industry situation a Holocaust.

This is the best video you have released. It is short and to the point and explains so much in a relatable way. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us so that we can learn to heal ourselves!

Today I realized I need to do hyper nourishment protocol. I have digedtive issues for past 30 plus years. Im currently addictive to bread, rice, noodles. I feel so good when i eat these foods & they make me tired.

It's true. When you're addicted; once is too much, and thousand times is never enough! I'll quit on Monday after I binge all weekend. Round and round on the hamster wheel.

    Bravo, Dr. Goldner!
To those struggling to maintain consistent behaviors in your journey to improve, you have my sympathies (unfortunately, the largest systems we've established in our culture are not in place with any concern for the various aspects of your well-being as an individual). Taking care of yourself (especially as it relates to your food choices becoming more whole-foods plant-based) unfortunately puts you on the fridge and in the minority, and this is not always a comfortable and encouraging place to be. . There are a number of folks successfully walking the path you're just starting on, and they are the proof that life-long, sustainable change is possible (and extremely enjoyable!). Find these people...become part of the community and the support and love you'll feel will be a key part in helping you to continuing making the positive changes. Good luck!

Dear Dr Brooke, I purchased your books and I was wondering if you could kindly make a video for people with SIBO (low stomach acid) that find it rather challenging to get on this diet. I have been trying and the bloating is horrific. I am also underweight and need much more calories than the green smoothies can give me, even including the salad (which I cannot eat in the needed amounts since the digestive challenges). Thank you for your consideration.

I thing you can have all the avacados you want! I use them to bring up my calories... and I'm sure you could have cold pressed 100% flax oil as needed for calories too! It's 120 calories a tablespoon! Hope that helps🩷

Check into using enzymes for a little while until your bady starts producing the right ones.

Why do I keep having diarrhea. And you can tell they’re from the green smoothies. At this point I’ve just started, but I only have two a day and I do eat other vegan food.

@janet It's because your body is cleaning itself out from the toxins. It's a good thing if you are able to allow it to happen for the most part. When you looked at this video, did you notice there is no picture? They have taken away all of the visuals of this video. We are only able to hear it only. Just green lines. They have done that with quite a few of her other videos as well.

Hey Dr G.You’re always mentioning green smoothies.I’m just wondering how you feel about juices and juicing?I realize store-bought juices are a no-no,since they tend to be full of chemicals and preservatives, and often have added sugar. But what’s your take on juicing fruits and vegetables,as part of hyper nourishment?
