No he was yelling for his lawyer when it came to dropping underwear.
I had to do it once. I was 19 working at a custom car shop. Boss was on vacation, and i was the only one there. Had a truck that we did a complete custom paint, and full custom suspension that would be worth around 100k to do. Customer was a friend of ours, but got mad that day because he busted the windshield out of his bobcat while doing a genuine favor for the us/the business... to add to that he was tired of waiting for the truck to be done ( it had been longer than necessary as we were doing alot of other work). So about an hour after busting up his brand new skidsteer he came in trying to get me to just drag the truck off the 6 foot tall frame stands it was on as it wasnt done. He wanted me to use the skid steeer to drag the truck off a 6 foot drop with 1/4 finished suspension (didnt even have wheels on it) so he could drag it on a tow truck. We hadnt been paid anything so i said no. He called the cops, and they came. They try to force me to use his bobcat to drag this truck out. I said no we had been paid nothing. They stated there was no lien so i had to, or they would arrest me. I called bullshit, and went to lock all the shop doors while calling 911 to have other cops come. I then called the sheriffs department non emergency line to have them come out as well (city cops vs county). Once officers that werent weetawded arrived they told the other cops not to threaten arrest as i had done nothing. So that ended up being the end of us being cool, and the 90k brand new luxury truck was never finished. After a few weeks It was drug out (at least rolling now) on tow truck. Few weeks after that the dude got arrested for buying it on his dead dads credit, and then trying to pull an insurance scam to pay it off. One of the crazier things in my life.

My husband did something similar, he was acting all fancy about his lil weed at home before court, he knows the judge he's seeing don't play no games and he didn't pay his probation fees, she calls him up, asks him if he paid, he says no. She calls about 6 big ole country boys in the courtroom, because my husband is known for knocking them out. He come by me talking about, do you want the weed now. I'm like hell nah 😂😂😂😂😂 shoulda been cool at home 😂 she gives him 6 months but luckily he had a chance to hide it before they cuffed him up. Dummy goes tto the back with it on him still and now their cell is wrecking. He still trying to keep it, they pulled him in and out his cell for damn near two days trying find it. I😂 guess he thought he could make a few dollars in a county jail off weed. 😂 the shit they do be crazy and dumb asf nowadays. 😂 RIP to my hubby but yeah he was a lil slow sometimes. Lol

@@RobertDowling-oz8vp Sadly that's jail. The streets don't talk about how you have to be humiliated as a human being when you're locked up, and these YSL dudes aren't even convicted of any crimes. Even in jail intake on your first day, you have to take your clothes off, bend your naked body over for another man to inspect you, ask permission to use the toilet, enjoy zero privacy, and share a disgusting space with other men. Jail is awful and it's doubly crazy how many innocent people have to undergo that experience up to getting convicted to serve sometimes life sentences in prisons for crimes they didn't even commit.

Not really true. He knows if he gave it up that they're going to strip search him anyway. The police aren't going to let you hand them contraband and call it a day if they just confirmed that you were already hiding contraband. They're going to go through the exact same process to search your clothes, your body cavities, and whatever else to confirm that you have nothing else on you.
They do strip searches as soon as you hit the lockup "county" either way it was gonna happen but I remember this screaming going on I never knew why glad I saw this😂Only thing I'm not sure about is this incident here was it legal do they have the right to do that in Atlanta idk how they had this much power unless he was on parole or probation a warrant for his arrest. There is innocent and there is stupid. Weed may be legal at home but he was in prison where its not available as comisory so someone has done something illegal by smuggling drugs to him. He's liable for new charges regarding introducing contraband into a detention center which is a felony. Searching him was only that "aggressive" due to his physical resistance. In all cases regarding lawful use of force, it is the suspects decision that force is used through their attempt to resist or flee.

Yeah he’s in prison for life for murder when he was like 16 and this is a separate trial, so even if he gets found not guilty at this trial he’s still in prison for life, so he’s in prison custody so they can strip search him for any reason.
