This is properly one of your best videos. Simple, straight to the point and easy to understand. Would love to see a video directed towards ecommerce sellers with inventory in western ( high tax ) markets. In addition ways to avoid requirements of marketing ( selling ) platforms to have a local company.
Great video, Andrew. Thanks for all the information you provide, you can't imagine How much I learned from watching your videos. Wishing you all the best. Ayman
Always find your videos very informative and very useful. Also, As UK Citizens - At retirement age, we can retire to Portugal, and pay absolutely no Tax on all income, derived outside of Portugal, all assets and all property and unearned income, for up to 10 years! Tax free status for most European citizens. It's Called, NON-HABITUAL RESIDENCE. You still remain a citizen of your own country of origin - but you are registered legally, just for tax purposes as NHR. If structured properly and legally, sometimes even for a longer period of 10 years. (Very attractive proposition ). On the basis one resides in Portugal for 183 Days of the year, with property ownership or just by renting an accommadation within Portugal. But, I was wondering..... if one wishes to make use of this marvalous tax benefit prior to our retirement age, and moved to Portugal prior to becoming the official retirement age in the UK, how would this fair? Would we still have a 10 year tax free period before our retirement? And use up those 10 years - so to speak, prior to having officially retired? Thanks Andrew Henderson.
Hi Andrew! Great content! I sure will go thru all your videos. For traders do suggest of starting a shell company to shelter the capital gains? Also is it easy to transfer personal brokerage accounts under the shell company?
Ryan No, but for most small businesses the tax benefits will be reduced or eliminated. You may still enjoy other benefits, like asset protection. That’s why a holistic plan is important to ensure you get the benefits you need.
Only if you are a US Citizen giving away 40% of your income in taxes! The US is the biggest Tax Haven in the world if are non-US Citizen with millions or billions to invest in the US!
YES, Agree As the partnership and company both are legal and very confusing points even for lawyers and students as well. Therefore I am very grateful for clearing my concept. What are the main options for a non-US citizen wanting to open a company for stock/derivatives trading? Estonia looks good even with the 20% tax on dividends distributed, but I wonder if there's anything else that isn't a tax heaven but still interesting

So if you don't pay taxes in the country you live in are you still allowed to go to the hospital for free (no us citizen) or call the police if you've been victim of a crime? That's not fair is it.

There are sales taxes and tariffs. You don’t need a tax on productivity like income or corporate. Governments can also invest in the private sector and earn passive income via dividends. Many of those public goods don’t need to be publicly funded as well. The caymans seem to be doing just fine for example.

i am sorry but this video makes tax evasion looks like just another day in the office (for wealthy individuals). according the to way that it is presented, what is all the fuss about the pandora papers and all the names implicated? i guess it's all ok for those people to stack up millions upon millions while the average citizen toils away with the meager monthly or daily wages then. just because offshore is legal and all, sounding and seeming no big deal on the paper doesn't mean it's right for the rest of the working class.

How does this compare to non incorporated business trust?
offshore company = when you pay %30+ tax for your small payroll, it makes possible to pay almost %0 tax for billion dollar company.
What can I do when money frozen in offshore bank as they asking to pay to get activate account?
