Nate Hobbs wasn't pulled over he was already parked on the side of the road with the car on trying to sleep off whatever he drank and got in trouble not knowing that leaving your car on and sleeping will get you in trouble.
I say don’t cut him. Suspend him. Until the NFL insists that any player with DUI should be banned from the NFL. If you cut him another team will sign him. We are all disappointed but America is about second chances.

Don't think it bodes well to retroactively cut players for situations like this. However, ALL it takes is AP or Mark saying, "GOING FORWARD, you WILL be cut if you make stupid decisions like this", then STICK to it and follow through.
