Mum and I visited Las Vegas in 1975. from Australia. as part of a 15 day holiday to the western USA. We stayed at the Circus Circus. The hotel casinos i remember were the MGM Grand. The Sands..The Riviera. Caesars Palace (Frank Sinatra, performing) Stardust. Golden Nugget. Westward Ho Motet Casino. The Flamingo. Slots - A - Fun. Today, the place is unrecognisable. Huge tall buildings everywhere, dwarfing the remaining original ones i saw back in 1975. Back then, there was so much daylight between the buildings, but now, it looks dark and overbearing.

Horse shoe is a underrated hotel. It’s center strip and the rooms are clean and bigger than average size room.
