Bruh, my examiner didn't say jack to me. She was angry at me throughout the entire duration of the test then gave me a sticker at the end. I asked if I passed, and she said: "What do you think the stickers for?" then left
@@chocoboasylum I assume she had a bad day. She was also extremely vague, and the testing area was in a parking lot, not the streets. A few of the turns were very unclear as there were no markings and the cones were about 15 feet apart from each other to signify road. She would also say to turn about a second before the turn needed to occur. I passed one turn since I had no idea where to go, and she started arguing with me how if this was a residential area, I could've caused an accident. I talked back to her which may have been the reason I didn't fail right then and there when she realized her wrong. Test was a more back and forth of mini arguments. The parallel parking area was also just between 2 cones. I had to park 6 inches next to a designated white line, which, let me tell you, I honestly couldn't see it since it was extremely faded, and there was no curb of reference. I parked out of pure memory and motor skills which ended up working out thankfully as I believe most other students failed that day. Essentially that's how the test went. My second attempt. I failed my first attempt cause I borrowed my cousin's car, and the idiot forgot to put the car registration in the glove compartment. I was not about to fail that second time since I had to wait 3 months to get a testing slot.
Since like you had a difficult examiner who wanted you to fail for the start. I know the examiners have bad day at the dmv, but they still have to keep it professional. They should not take it on those who want to pass, which is unfair on their end. I am glad you rose above the occasion though so congratulations to you. God Bless.

this guy seems super nice, I failed my test 3 times when I was younger because the examiner made me nervous with the way he spoke. I decided to change counties for this road test and I'm hoping to pass this time with a new examiner! My test is coming up, wish me luck!
I failed my first test and then redid it and passed! My advice to people taking the drivers test is REALLY pay attention to uncontrolled interceptions! You must slow down and check traffic! Practice your car buttons, Parking up and down hill, Parallel parking, Y/3 point turns, Backing up straight 100 feet, and using blinkers, Don't forget to come to a full stop at stop signs, and Watch your speed! I nearly failed the second time for going 29 in a 25, 1 more mile more an hour and I would have failed! Good luck!
the first time i took my road test I used my uncle’s car that I only get to practice a night before. When we got in there the instructor asked me to roll the window down and my stupid ass didn’t do a pre trip on that car so I didn’t know where the heck the window button was so I told him it was broken I can’t use it then he told okay. he checked if my signal lights are working the left signal light was broken so the road test was cancelled. Tip *do a pre trip on that car you’re gonna use* lmaoo I was crying my ass off when I got home
I took my test yesterday... well let me tell ya! I did so horrible with my parking....I had 18 points. Most of them was from backing up into a spot. Don’t let your nerves get to you guys! Also, don’t keep track of how many points you think you get because I did that and once I reached 6 in my head, I mentally just gave up.
Parking forward- I guess I wasn’t close enough so a point there. Backing up into a parking spot I ran cones over and I thought for some reason that once I hit a cone I fail my test so I got frustrated and gave up and kept going back and forth and hitting cones until I got into a parking spot. Then it was parallel parking and I got four wrong on that. Most of my points were from the backing up. I would have done way better but I gave up on myself and let my nerves get the best of me. The day after I did my test. I was able to do the parking just fine when I was practicing.
Just passed today it was so easy , I’m in michigan I was lucky to have a good driver instructor and he was pretty chill just relax you’ll be fine trust
Thanks for posting this. My test in Madison was just like this and I passed on my first try. However, the guy who gave my test was very intense and unfriendly. So if you're watching this don't count on the person being this chill because it caught me off guard and I made a couple little mistakes early on because it. But I still passed and this video helped a lot.

I failed my first test because my scorer lied and said I didn't fully stop at a stop sign (when I know for a FACT I stopped - I watched it over on my dashcam). Retaking it tomorrow!
I take my test tmrw and i’m only a little nervous but i keep the thought that it is just any other drive. also the biggest tip i can pass on, ask a friend about the test if you can, specifically the route that you take during the test, and then go practice that route over and over again, including doing all of the maneuvers like backing up next to a curb(you can usually find where the instructors have the people taking the test do this maneuver if you look for tire marks next to the curb on the test route) and parallel parking as usually the cones are still set up after hours. that’s what i did and it help reduce my stress by a lot!! anyways good luck y’all got this!
For the speed thing, if you go one over do they ding you? Or do you literally have to be at a constant speed limit or under? I take my test in 2 weeks and I just wanna make sure I don't panic over anything
@@blakeleystormfeather6962 Im pretty sure it depends on your examiner and how strict they are, at one point in my test I know i was probably close to 5 over the speed limit and my examiner either didn't notice or didn't care, but I'm also pretty sure that one over is not gonna have any effect, usually just excessive speeding, one tip i can give is to always shoot for about 3-5mph under the speed limit to just make sure that you don't go over, but not too far under like 10mph bc that could be seen as impeding traffic and would be a deduction, and if you are worried about getting tailgated or you feel bad for the person behind you for going "slow" even if you are going the speed limit, just keep the mindset that they can pass you if it really mattered to them. @Babiisosa Sorry, forgot to make an update but I passed! With no errors as well which was quite surprising. My biggest tip is to just stay calm; as soon as you can antsy and nervous, your driving becomes jerky and shaky, and you make pointless mistakes. I tried to pretend it was just another driving lesson with a family member rather then an actual test. My test consisted of doing some left/right turns, lane changes, parallel parking, downhill/uphill parking, and only lasted about 20 minutes.

@@hidmyperc It wasn't bad at all! Take it slowly (watch for speed limits of course) and remember to take deep breaths. I passed on my second try and I failed the first because I was just too nervous. I also didn't have to do a three-point turn during my test so things may vary between tests!

@@sorryimlucia You're welcome! It's a big subdivision. Watch the speed limit. It's 25 if you turn right by the daycare (brown building by Landmark) I was 4 MPH over as I turned. Fortunately I saw the sign and slowed down immediately. Pulling out of the DMV is a bit tricky. Traffic comes at you fast, remember to yield.

I had a woman in union grove Wisconsin and she was so sarcastic she didnt listen to me yelled alot made me so nervous i failed and she was happy i failed yet so many say im better than those that drive over 20+ years
I failed my first test too. The guy didn't like the sound of my transmission shifting, so failed me. That's literally the reason. But the next time the examiner was kind and had no problem with it so I guess it all comes down to the examiner really. That was 30 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday. No fun when the examiner is a jerk. I hope next time it goes well for you.
I didn't get any help on my last licensing test. None. The examiner barely spoke except for essential directions. I displayed confidence and was not even requested to perform a parallel park. This is the G test in Ontario for a full class G license.
I'm not doing my drivers test yet but I'm glad this vid is helpful. I still have to get my temps. I just hope I get a instructor that's understanding and nice. 😅
I went into the Bmv while i was watching this video and I passed my third time with a clean sheet (0 points) It really feels good and after u pass when u think about it. It’s really easy but tension and concern make u do all those mistakes After I failed twice my resolve in the third time was “ I will drive normally. Man, this looked like the easiest road test..!! And this test seemed shorter than the ones here.. (about 30 mins..) Where I live (and the geographical area of the testing branch here in Canada), I got cited for going TOO SLOW.. Wtf.. But it also wasn't too slow to me.. 45km/h in a 50km/h zone or about 28 mp/h in a 31mp/h zone..
mine is in two weeks and I feel confident as a driver, but I feel like having an examiner next to you noting all your errors is going to get to me and I'll mess up.

@@sorryimlucia You're welcome! It's a big subdivision. Watch the speed limit. It's 25 if you turn right by the daycare (brown building by Landmark) I was 4 MPH over as I turned. Fortunately I saw the sign and slowed down immediately. Pulling out of the DMV is a bit tricky. Traffic comes at you fast, remember to yield.

I had a woman in union grove Wisconsin and she was so sarcastic she didnt listen to me yelled alot made me so nervous i failed and she was happy i failed yet so many say im better than those that drive over 20+ years
I failed my first test too. The guy didn't like the sound of my transmission shifting, so failed me. That's literally the reason. But the next time the examiner was kind and had no problem with it so I guess it all comes down to the examiner really. That was 30 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday. No fun when the examiner is a jerk. I hope next time it goes well for you.

I didn't get any help on my last licensing test. None. The examiner barely spoke except for essential directions. I displayed confidence and was not even requested to perform a parallel park. This is the G test in Ontario for a full class G license.
My test is Tuesday morning!

I went into the Bmv while i was watching this video and I passed my third time with a clean sheet (0 points)
It really feels good and after u pass when u think about it. It’s really easy but tension and concern make u do all those mistakes
After I failed twice my resolve in the third time was “ I will drive normally. I will pass if my skills deserves that I don’t care if I passed or not “

Man, this looked like the easiest road test..!! And this test seemed shorter than the ones here.. (about 30 mins..)
Where I live (and the geographical area of the testing branch here in Canada), I got cited for going TOO SLOW.. Wtf.. But it also wasn't too slow to me.. 45km/h in a 50km/h zone or about 28 mp/h in a 31mp/h zone..
