It’s not. I guess the standard for healthy is different. They were saying it’s healthy because they didn’t use flour I think

@@claritakrist sorry but when it comes to health there are no standards!! White flour might not be good but it's better that the rice asien eat the whole day!
When they say don't eat bread but rich I laugh. I understand though as the bread is sweeter than in european countries..
Korean cucine is not that healthy as they think and living in Seoul I find it extremly expensive to cook . following the medditerrenean diet...
