This looks so nice, no 17548 cleansing/immunity abilities to track. No 189854 visual abilities cluttering your screen so you don't actually see. Yeah DF was broken, cas stun was broken and queue times sucked but it was just a game. I miss OW1.
Yeah imo rising uppercut is one of those abilities that is purely unfun to play against because the main power comes from abusing camera angles of the enemy. When the biggest reason why something is strong is because it disorients the enemy due to the games moba designed abilities in an fps then theres no good way to keep it in the game without it being useless or annoying as fuck
