Brown has always been my color. Could not help it because my skin is also brown. Tee Hee. All the fashion points you made have always been in my wardrobe. I like a good choker. I been adding to my blazer collection by thrifting and also been lucky at finding the whole suits. I will probably have to buy some more chunky boots because mine gave up their sole at the end of last season of continuing snow blizzards into May. I need to pull out my tights and make sure their in good condition and I bought some over the knee/thigh high socks to keep the cold out and promote me to keep wearing dress/skirts when it cold. I was born in the winter but I do not like the winter season but I do like the fashion that comes with layering and the thick fabrics. Thank for sharing and providing a check list. I agree that brown is incredibly popular at the moment in Europe. Lots of stores are carrying brown sweaters in anticipation and I’ve seen a lot of nice options. I’m so excited abt Mary Janes being back because they are super comfortable ❤️
I've been wearing cross body bags for over 20 years! I was wearing them before they were a fashion statement. When others were wearing their designer handbags I was zipping around in a cross body bag lol! They're so practical and comfortable and perfect for travelling. I love them!! Thanks for a great video. Brown! I'm trying to get away from black, as I'm getting older, and being fair, I don't think it's the most flattering for me these days. Autumn/Winter style is my favourite, and living in the UK you probably get more wear out of it too than Summer pieces. I'll try most of these, in fact I'm buying a long belted coat tomorrow.

Brown has always been a go to for me since back in the 1970's. So many different shades in the brown family. For me I like cinnamon and darker shading of bronze. I'm an olive complextion lady so I love to go with the colors that brighten my coloring by adding a special accent to my outfits. Love this video.

Lol, Florida winter fashion: the see-through lace dress worn with biker shorts and black belted blazer. This particular look reminded me of a Glamour magazine “what not to do”: print skirt, turtleneck pulled up like a hoodie, Mary Jane flats worn with a black puffer jacket. I have been wearing chunky boots for years for style and comfort, not fashion, Clark’s makes good ones. The color blocked purple with orange spoke to me - I can’t wear it, but I dig it. Instead of browns or black, I wear grey and navy for fall.
The right shade of brown is a no-brainer for the reasons you've said. I am also happy that the cape trend is happening as I've been looking for one. Maybe next winter (I'm in Oz) I'll actually be able to find one I like. Think I'll check out June's Journey too, I love a good murder mystery.

Okay, you asked for it: *BROWN!!!* I remember a brown smocked dress my grandmother bought for me when I was little - I hated the colour (I was little - give me rainbows! lol!); however, looking at the pictures, it was lovely with my reddish hair. Now, all these years later (we won't say how many, just several...), I love browns, tans, creams, beiges. I'm hard-pressed to find black in my wardrobe, except for a pant: it simply washes me out. Grandmothers are so smart!!! -- Capes - maybe ponchos? I have a couple that work wonderfully for "throw over and go" moments. -- _Love how you mentioned that just an accessory change can make all of the difference!_ :) -- Hey, hey!! Tights are back?! Glad you added this piece to help give us *a leg-up on the idea...* Not too sure about the girl in the metallic green... kinda spacey... I like putting a pair under ripped jeans (used to do that with lacey ones, which was fun) for a little extra warmth and a bit of fun peeping through. :) -- And hurray for Mary-Janes! I have narrow feet, and really appreciate the straps on this cute style. -- Speaking of straps, what a great idea: just switching out the strap on the bag you already own to change the look! -- I'm glad that longer coats are back as they are a perfect accessory/necessity to go with dresses for our northern climate - trying to find one with a hemline as long as some of my dresses has been nigh on impossible; and, I'm old school with that: I don't want to wear a ski jacket with my evening gown! I have had to give up much of my black wardrobe because of my yellow lab, Olive. But with my grey hair, I think I’ll wear BROWN in trousers or skirts. I do love my saddle leather boots and bags.
Brown! I am a true blonde so unless I am looking for an extremely dramatic look black is usually much to harsh for me. I wear greys, navys, browns. So happy browns are on trend.

Brown and white or cream is nothing new fashion wise and is a real classic! I remember when I worked in NYC in the early 1970s as a fashion illustrator seeing a young woman on a bus on the Upper East Side and never forgot what she wore as we were taught as fashion students to remember everything people wore! She had a light summer tan and brown hair and wore a brown short sleeve linen camp shirt tucked into a white pencil knee length skirt! She wore that with a thin brown belt, brown wooden bracelet and little hoop earrings and wore brown and white "spectator pumps" along with a straw bag! So classy and elegant! Brown is stunning and a nice alternative to black or navy or gray but all those colors are also great for Fall Winter if not year round with white. The late great YSL put navy with black which used to verboten, but today it's considered ok! Love cross body bags but women should remember to wear them to the side instead of right in front if they're big otherwise they destroy the whole look of one's outfit, imho. I love long line coats. We used to call them maxi coats. I had a very beautiful plaid one many years ago. Loved it so much!
