Automation is a bad investment. I have it in my house but your info that thoda hi kharcha baddhta hai is wrong. For a single service after the warranty period, we have to pay anything from 3000-5000 per service, any repairs expense extra. Plus it fails within 3-5 years. After spending so much, if it’s all going to come to zero, what’s the point of spending that much? Better to keep normal switches. At least we will remain active and not become “couch potatoes”, which is so unhealthy.

False ceiling se window curtains aap tabhi hide kar sakte ho jab window ek hi side wall mein ho
Multiple walls mein jab hota hai tab utna aasan nehi hota hai design karna aur cost double and maintenance double hota hai ..
Matlab yeh jo bol raha hai ke aap just trendy cheeze laga lo aur maintenance aur future ke baareinnmein mat socho

Ye TRENDS , LUXURY , MODERN.....sab gimmicks hai ...keep it simple and as per your requirement and budget . TRENDS and bound to change every 2-3 years . Can't run for current trends everytime there is something new
Small-small extras will increase your overall cost by 15-25% , and one will land-up over budget.
Instead put that money on even better constitution quality, landscaping and for future maintenance of the house.

Trends are mostly costly. If you are on a strict budget all these so callwd trendy items are very expensive which these interior designers wont tell. I made a full wall tv unit which costed me around 65k.

everything was perfect, but I'm not agree with tiles part because if we use bigger tiles then cement will not spread all over perfectly in bigger tiles to stick tiles on the floor or wall as it is much heavier in size than using 2/6 tiles and also bigger tiles can stick out of wall very easily as it can't hold it.
