1)What was your bachelor degree and it's average percentage of all semesters?
2) Aap kabhi kisi subject mai fail hoke fir exam deke pass hue aise kitne backlogs clear kiye hai pure bachelors mai?

You can get visa even if you have 10-12 backlogs and low percentage. Just have to address them properly in your SOP
